Ochaco Uraraka: Hogwarts AU
Tumblr media
Ochaco Uraraka is a Muggleborn witch that was born on the 27th of December 1968 and started attending Hogwarts on the 1st of September 1980, being sorted into Gryffindor House.
She has a Cedar wand with a Dragon Heartstring core.
Her Patronus is Non-Corporeal.
Her favorite subject is Astronomy and her least favorite subject is History of Magic.
She is one of the Gryffindor's Chasers from her fourth year onward.
Other students have described Ochaco as "the most laid-back girl" in her year, being very bubbly and kind of an airhead sometimes. She is often incredibly blunt without being aware of it. Similar to Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco's reactions tend to be exaggerated and humorous: She often becomes amused at certain personality traits others exhibit, bursting into laughter at times, which she tries to suppress.
Ochaco is a warm, cute, lively individual who thinks about everything positively, though she is objective enough to see flaws and virtues. She is generally empathetic and friendly to those she meets, and she will try to help or defend anyone who is kind to her or needs assistance. Ochaco is very good at reading people, understanding the reasons for Izuku and Katsuki Bakugo's rivalry, and being the first to notice when the usually collected Tsuyu Asui was upset. Her empathy and kindness are also seen in how well she gets along with her classmates. She is on good terms with everyone and is particularly close friends with several people in her year, including Izuku, Tenya Ida, Tsuyu, etc.
Despite her cheery and sometimes ditzy demeanor, Ochaco can take on an extremely determined, focused, and somewhat intimidating attitude when the situation demands it. This side of her personality can surprise those who are used to her generally bubbly nature, and it tends to appear during competitive situations like quidditch. While she is shown to be surprisingly strategic, she isn't above making some impulsive or reckless decisions. When it comes to her chosen path as an auror, Ochaco is unwavering and dislikes being underestimated, even in the face of an overwhelming force.
Coming from a poor muggle household, Ochaco tends to become quickly excited or surprised over little things, even losing her composure when faced with luxury, to the point of comical fainting. She is very frugal and occasionally stingy since she goes to extreme lengths to save money, including sleeping, so she doesn't waste oxygen or skip meals to preserve food. Ochaco's parents are her main drive to becoming an auror, and she desires, above all else, to earn money to give them a comfortable life. She is brazenly honest about her priorities and doesn't hide her pursuit of working for the Ministry being in large part due to money, despite her embarrassment over admitting so. While money was a factor in her decision to become an auror, Ochaco dreamed of becoming a police officer before realizing the extent of her parent's monetary struggles, as she admired their capacity to bring smiles to people's faces.
Regarding auror work, Ochaco has shown more preference towards rescue, being a fan of Professor Anon for her expertise in the area. She is aware of her physical limitations and joined the Dueling Club to increase her fighting repertoire. Consequently, Ochaco developed a new sense of battle awareness and has become a more instinctive duelist.
Ochaco is also greatly inspired by her classmates, especially Izuku, whom she finds incredibly admirable for his strength and compassion. Ochaco has developed a crush on him due to this and their close friendship, resulting in her attempts to follow his example, for better or for worse. While he inspires her, Ochaco also acknowledges that her dream of becoming an auror takes priority over her romantic feelings and does her best to continue to grow while keeping them in check. Izuku has also caused her to consider who protects aurors when in need since he continually throws himself into dangerous situations; this prominently shows how deeply Ochaco cares about him and others.
Additionally, Ochaco's feelings for Izuku also result in her occasional and subtle jealous side, which tends to be present when other girls get close to Izuku or converse highly with him. This jealousy is best displayed during his meetings and interactions with Mei Hatsume and Melissa Shield (with the former triggering rather upsetting memories for her), as well as being unsettled by his encounter with "Camie". Despite this, Ochaco is not spiteful and often tries to hide or dismiss this feeling whenever it appears.
Ochaco's empathy can even extend to dark wizards/witches, as while she remained apprehensive towards Himiko Toga for having tried to kill her and Tsuyu, as well as for taunting her over her feelings for Izuku, she noticed that Himiko was visibly upset and crying when Ochaco refused to identify with her. This memory later comes back to her, and she realizes that Himiko is still a human despite all the horrible things she's done and acknowledges that she doesn't know her or what led her to become a dark witch. While she initially perceived this way of thinking to be wrong, it turns out that Izuku relates to her, with him having sensed the pain in Tomura Shigaraki's heart and desire to find a way to help him, even though he knows that conflict is unavoidable. Ochaco notes that it's strange that they both can feel such things toward their enemies.
During the Fourth Wizarding War, Ochaco further shows her compassion by wanting to talk to Himiko about romance like she wanted, instead of trying to capture or kill her, making an attempt to reach out to the dark witch despite everything she's done. While she acknowledges that she can't erase Himiko's crimes, she swears that this time she will listen to her, going as far as to say that she would give Himiko her blood for the rest of her life, and saying that she was jealous of her "perfect smile". Ochaco's efforts eventually come to be successful as the dark witch agrees to talk with her, getting Himiko to stand down and ending her rampage for good.

Fortune: Oh boy I cant wait to go on a date with this person im seeing
Aizawa, Hizashi, Nemuri, Taishiro, All Might, Spooks, Class 1A, Class 1B, Shinso, Nedzu, Class 3A, Hawks, Vlad King, Hatsume and Poweloader by extension, Sir Nighteye, Eri, Probably also Toga: 🙃🙃🙃 Ahaha Yeah thats so cool hey quick question whats their name and address we just wanna t a l k
*wheeze* This is pretty accurate 😂
Although, I will say that most of the girls in both classes, Hatsume, and Midnight wouldn't try to intimidate whoever Fortune is dating. Honestly, most of them would be really supportive and try to help out with Midnight and Ashido taking the lead haha
Hizashi and All Might are too chill for this kinda thing. Like they'll get involved if they think the person Fortune is dating is bad news cause they wanna look out for her, but they're by no means overprotective like many of the guys in her life lol Nighteye is similar, but he won't admit to the fact that he's actually protective of her and actually cares about who she's dating 😂
Power Loader wouldn't get involved normally, but if he's asked and he thinks it'll be amusing, I might could see him lending a hand with an intimidating support item. Likewise, Vlad King wouldn't really get involved either and would just sit back and enjoy the show haha
Nedzu and Hawks would be chill about the whole thing, but at the same time, they'll figure out everything there is to know about this person once they find out they're involved with Fortune. So their protectiveness is the subtle kind that you don't realize is a threat until you've messed up. They're probably two of the scariest people in the whole bunch lol
I love that you added Toga cause honestly she probably would be very interested in whoever Fortune is dating lol Like it wasn't my intention when I first started writing their interactions, but I feel like I've made Fortune another person on Toga's list of people that she likes. Although, Midoriya is still obviously Toga's #1 haha

Future Toga AU: The Kamino raid on the bar and warehouse, the students going out to rescue her, and the fight between All Might and All for One. Anything interesting happen there?
The rescue is Midoriya's idea, and Uraraka is immediately on board.
Since Midoriya didn't fight Muscular and has been using Full Cowling longer, he doesn't have the arm injuries he sustained in canon and therefore wasn't hospitalized. When the class meets up again at the hospital to visit Yaoyorozu (and see if Jiro and Hagakure are awake), he suggests the rescue.
Several of them are against this, like Iida and Asui, who worry about getting in the way of the Heroes and making things worse, but Midoriya explains his 'theory' (since he can't admit to knowing about AFO) that Shigaraki is being led by someone from the shadows. Isolation is one of the most important parts of manipulation. He doesn't want to go and fight anyone, he wants Toga to see them and remember that there are people out there who care about her.
See, Toga has some eccentricities (and is brutal in a fight) and literally everyone except Midoriya and Uraraka knows she's head over heels for them, but Toga's outgoing and super friendly with everyone, and they all at least like her. Or, in Bakugou's case, at the very least respects her for that time she kicked the shit out of him.
The whole class* ends up going on this rescue, with Midoriya, Uraraka, Iida, Yaoyorozu, and Todoroki going ahead since a smaller group is less noticeable. Since they aren't planning on breaking in, they don't approach the Noumu facility, meaning they're out of direct line of fire when AFO himself arrives.
(*Yes, even Bakugou. He was convinced when Midoriya explained that a Villain running the League from the shadows would be way above their weight class, calling him 'Katsuki' to get the point across. He says something like, "You extras would get slaughtered by someone like that so I'm coming to keep you dumbasses alive")
Toga is feeling very conflicted when she's warped out with the LoV to where AFO is, since she's not used to being on the other side of this fight and still reeling from the realization that the League wasn't quite how she remembered it with All For One behind the scenes.
And then, during the fight when All Might arrives, she spots Uraraka and Midoriya.
Toga hides her presence and escapes the battlefield, spooking the hell out of the League, and tackles them both in a hug. This comes very close to her kissing them, but the Kamino fight is still happening and even Toga knows when it's time to run.
Seeing that the entire class came to help her causes Toga to break down crying.
Also, Aizawa can't prove shit, if he even knows about it, so he can't threaten to expel them.
Hagakure and Jiro are briefed on what happened after they wake up from the gas. They're both upset that they missed going.
This is also how Midoriya and Uraraka both start to realize that Toga is very into them. Uraraka probably still had Aoyama ask her about them and has considered her own feelings, but this is when she starts to go, "Wait, do they like me?"

Hiii!!!! I love your work!
I really wanna request this!
How about a class 1A with the reader having a feild trip
(Reader is not a student but has a school collab with the ua students) and they get partnered one class and one class to a house to stay for 3 days or a week and theres a party with a pool! I wanna see class A and other student y/n have fun at a pool party!
[ Thank you for enjoying my work and being a fan. I apologize if I'm answering this a little late, but better to answer late than not at all. I made a quick banner for this...it's not that impressive. I hope you enjoy the story. ]
Tumblr media
When you first heard about the program you scoffed. Yes, heroes were important in the world and well-respected. But, was there a need to create a program that merged the American public education system with Japan's?
You understood the potential of students learning from one another and gaining mutual respect for each other. Yet, you couldn't understand why out of all the student groups that were formed for this little experiment, yours got chosen to participate.
The program was set to last one whole week and housing, food, and basic needs were provided. When you found out that you'd be sharing said housing with hero students from Yuuei High, you felt a little anxious. Meeting new people wasn't exactly your thing.
The first unusual character you met was the class representative, his name was Tenya Iida and his mannerisms and way of speech were a little confusing but overall a breath of fresh air. The vice class representative, Momo Yaoyorozu, also seemed rather mature with similar mannerisms.
Then there was a green-haired boy named Izuku Midoriya who couldn't speak without stuttering and flushed furiously when you got just a little too close to him. His childhood frienemy was Katsuki Bakugou who didn't know the meaning of an indoor voice and liked to threaten bodily harm.
Uraraka Ochako was the sweetest and most determined girl you had ever met. Aoyama Yuga was a little strange but tolerable. Ashido Mina had a startling appearance but she was very talkative and friendly. Asui Tsuyu was another mature specimen and had a very calm and comforting personality.
Ojiro Mashirao was a shy boy who didn't say much. Kaminari Denki was hyperactive and weirdly enjoyed flirting with you. Eijirou Kirishima was sweet, but tended to be a little emotional and spoke about 'manliness' a little more than you would have liked.
Koda Koji was the silent type, but always offered you a smile and had a love for animals. Sato Rikido made amazing sweets and was very considerate when it came to those he cared about. Mezo Shoji was kind and easy to talk to. Kyoka Jiro had a very chill personality and was very honest when she spoke.
Hanta Sero was very social but tried too hard to impress others. Fumikage Tokoyami didn't say much and was more focused on accomplishing the goal of the program than enjoying the aspect of it. Shoto Todoroki had a calm atmosphere about him but took everything at face value.
Toru Hagakure was very bubbly and a little too excitable. Finally, there was Minoru Mineta. He was a questionable individual who was a tad bit perverted and panicked very easily. After three days, you found yourself comfortable around each and every one of them.
"Whooo!" Ashido screamed, running past you to cannonball into the pool causing water to splash back and hit you. "Mina!" you cried, stumbling back only to run into Tenya. "Pardon," he said, holding up a towel. You found it rather unusual he was wearing swimming trunks and a swimming cap.
Then again, it kind of fit his personality. He placed the towel over your shoulders which was a nice gesture, but you still found it odd how Tenya had the tendency to want to take care of everyone. "Excuse me," he walked over to address Ashido who was now swimming freely in the pool with a few others.
"Please do not run around the pool, the ground is wet and you could injure yourself as a result of your carelessness!" he exclaimed, chopping his hand through the air. Ashido snickered, "Aw, come on Iida!" she replied before swimming over to him.
"What did you think Y/n?" she asked, looking past Tenya. "Hm?" you pulled the towel closer to your body. "About what?" she frowned. "My cannonball, of course!" she whined softly making you chuckle. "Oh, heh oops..." you said, glancing away as Tenya looked at you.
"Did you insist that Mina perform a cannonball, that is irresponsible!" he scolded, making you feel slightly embarrassed. Although the rest of his classmates were more than likely used to this behavior and didn't so much as turn their heads.
"Jeez, chill out dude," Kyoka said approaching the scene and propping her elbow onto your shoulder. She wasn't dressed in a bathing suit, rather she sported a black tank top with matching black shorts and flip-flops. Tenya's body stiffened at her words and he opened his mouth to speak, but nothing came out.
"Heh," Kyoka turned to you with a smile. "You'll get used to the way he acts, we ignore him at this point," she said with a soft chuckle. "Oh, r-right," you said, returning her smile with an awkward one. "Hey!" Hanta suddenly shouted, making you and a few others jump in surprise.
"Why don't we try using our quirks to jump across the pool again!?" he exclaimed with a large smile. "Jump across the pool?" you repeated, confused. "It's something they've tried before, but it's ridiculous," Momo said, approaching you and Kyoka.
"But, if they have to..." she trailed off and walked to where Tenya stood, clapping her hands. "Everyone clear the pool," she demanded. "Seriously!?" Ashido whined but proceeded to climb out and walk over to you. "Can I have that towel?" she asked, pointing to it.
"Oh, uh sure," you said, sliding it off of your shoulders before handing it to her. Asui jumped out of the pool with ease, not bothering with a towel as she enjoyed being in the water. Her quirk gave her the ability to do everything a frog could so her love for water was understood.
She noticed that you, Tenya, Kyoka, and Momo were all gathered at one side of the pool. "Mm..." she frowned, not wanting any of you to get hurt if the boys were planning their little pool race. She proceeded to extend her long frog-like tongue and wrap it around your waist.
You let out a surprised yelp and somewhat panicked when you were then lifted into the air and pulled toward Asui. "Ribbit," she said after she lowered you to the ground and retracted her tongue. "Sorry about that," she said with a smile.
"But, it's best to stay out of the way when they get like this," she pointed to Hanta, Kaminari, Katsuki, and Eijirou. The four of them stood on one end of the pool. "Time to show everyone who's the manliest man around!" the redhead declared making you roll your eyes.
"Pff, keep talking dumbass!" Katsuki snapped with a wicked grin. "If anyone's gonna win this stupid contest, it's gonna be me!" Kaminari scoffed at his words. "Yeah right dude, I'm gonna win it for Y/n!" he declared, flashing you a friendly wink.
"Hey man!" Hanta said, shoving Kaminari's shoulder. "I was gonna do that!" to say you were a little embarrassed was an understatement. Tenya was the first to notice your flushed cheeks when he walked over to you. "Are you feeling ill?" he questioned, grasping his chin.
"I ensured that the house was equipped with a first aid kit an-" you interrupted him, waving your hands back and forth like mad. "No, no, no...I-I'm alright really. Uh...thank you, Iida!" you exclaimed nervously, not wanting to be the center of attention anymore.
He blinked in response before Uraraka and Izuku walked over. "While it is pretty neat to see them using their quirks, I think we better head inside," she said. "Mmhm," Izuku agreed. "I t-think R-Rikido said he was baking sweets, t-they should be r-ready just about now," he said nervously.
"Sweets?" you replied, now catching the faintest hint of nutmeg and cinnamon in the air. "Yeah, Rikido makes the best sweets you have to try them!" Ashido said, scaring you when she suddenly popped up behind you. "Ah...h-hey!" you hated being scared, but the back door to the house opened before you could say anything further.
Sato was standing there with a tray full of cookies, their sweet and chocolatey scent filled the air. "The sweets are done!" he called. "Yes! Come on, let's go!" Ashido urged, practically pushing you inside. You stumbled through the backdoor, tripping over your own feet.
"I got you!" Mezo exclaimed, using his many arms to catch you before you hit the ground. "Huh?" you blinked quickly realizing what happened and looked up at the tall boy with the unusual mask hiding his face. "Heh, thanks," you said, and he responded with a simple "Mmhm," and a nod.
However, you were startled yet again when Minoru suddenly jumped onto Mezo's shoulder with a large smile on his face. But, this quickly faded when he noticed you weren't wearing a bathing suit. "Are you kidding me!?" he shouted, confusing you.
"Uh..." you looked at Mezo for an answer, but he shrugged. "It's called a pool party for a reason!" Minoru cried, practically tearing up. "Why aren't you wearing a bathing suit!?" your cheeks flushed softly and you rubbed the back of your head.
"Uh well..." before you could say anymore, Mezo grabbed the small boy. "That's enough," he said, knowing the other's crazy tendencies when it came to these types of things. "Oh...uh..." you watched the two of them walk away before spotting Aoyama across the room.
He looked as elegant as ever, dressed in some of the fanciest and shiniest clothes you had ever seen. His eyes sparkled as he skipped his way over to you. "Bonjour!" he said, enthusiastically holding out a plate of various sweets for you.
"You will try one, yes?" he asked and you looked at him slightly bewildered. "Um...well I..." you looked over each treat, holding your hand in the air as you tried to make your choice. "These ones are my favorite," Oijiro shyly spoke up as he approached the two of you.
"Hm?" you followed his finger, raising your eyebrow when you realized he was pointing to a rather strange-looking cookie. "Uh...are you sure?" you asked, turning to look at him. He immediately looked away and scratched the side of his cheek. "I...t-they really are...g-good," he replied with a stutter.
You couldn't help but smile, his shy nature was cute. "Mm...alright," you said, taking the cookie he suggested. Then you heard someone calling your name. "Hm?" you turned, seeing that most of your new friends had taken their seats in the living room. "Coming!" you replied but stopped short when you noticed Shoto.
He was standing in the corner of the living room, looking more like a lost puppy than a hero student. You glanced around, wondering why no one had invited him to sit down. "Todoroki?" you approached him cautiously and watched as he looked at you with blank eyes.
"Do you wanna sit with me?" you asked, holding out the cookie you had taken from Aoyama. "Oh...um, sure," he replied, taking the offered sweet. You smiled, Shoto was also cute and you could see why Ashido thought he was the most handsome boy in her class.
Once the two of you were seated, Mezo came into the room carrying multiple trays of goodies. He placed them on the table in the center of the room and you turned to Shoto. "I'm going to get more cookies," you said, watching him nod in response.
You hummed as you glanced over the various baked goods, seeing if any of them would catch your eye. "Oh!" you nearly squealed when you saw one completely coated in chocolate and quickly snatched it. You licked your lips and opened your mouth, intent on taking a bite.
However, someone else decided they wanted your sweet instead. "Huh!?" you blinked when you realized what happened and looked to see Dark Shadow munching on something. "Hey!" you cried out, catching his attention. "Hm?" he looked at you and shrugged.
"I apologize," came Fumikage's voice, and you sighed. "I guess it's alright," crossing your arms, you glared at Dark Shadow before trying to pick out yet another sweet from the table. But you were distracted yet again when you felt something fuzzy brush past your leg, causing you to stumble back.
"What is it!?" Dark Shadow immediately asked, startling Fumikage in the process. Your eyes shifted down to see a white rabbit. "Huh?" you stared at it, confused as to why there was a rabbit in the house. "Sorry!" Kota said, running over to the three of you.
"She got out of her cage, I was a little worried she'd get lost..." he said, picking up the small animal. "Oh...heh, it's alright," you replied before deciding to sit back down. "Mm..." Dark Shadow frowned. "What is it?" Fumikage asked, wondering what was distressing his friend so much.
"Sorry," you said, squeezing next to Shoto again. You crossed your legs and glanced at the ceiling. "Y/n," Fumikage said, catching your attention. "Hm, yes?" you replied lowering your head back down, trying to hold back any snickers when you saw Dark Shadow holding a napkin's worth of cookies.
"Oh, uh thanks," you said, taking the napkin from him. You grabbed the first cookie you saw and took a generous bite, the creamy taste of peanut butter and melted chocolate invaded your tongue. "Mm," you hummed in approval, but nearly choked when you felt someone's hand on your cheek.
But you didn't see anyone in front of you. Only a shirt with floating gloves. "Oh...Taru..." you said, wondering how many times you'd be scared today. "You have crumbs on your face," she said, using her thumb to wipe them away.
"HEY!" a loud booming voice screamed. "What the hell are you dumbasses doing in here!?" Katsuki snapped, angry that no one had seen him win. "Hm?" you turned your head, seeing Hanta, Kaminari, and Eijirou push past the angry blond.
"Y/n didn't get to see me in action!" Kaminari whined, only to be pulled back when Eijirou wrapped an arm around him. "That's alright! We can just have another race after everyone's done eating their sweets!" he declared.
"Fine," Hanta said with a visible pout, letting his eyes linger on you for a few seconds. Then he threw his fist into the air. "But I'm going to be winning the next race for Y/n!" he declared making Eijirou snicker. "Those are some bold words Sero," he replied, and Kaminari nodded in agreement.
"Yeah! How do you know I won't win it for Y/n?!" he exclaimed. You almost felt bad that you had forgotten about their little competition. It was hard for you to believe this is how these hero students lived their everyday lives. But, you were happy you had gotten a chance to be part of their lives, even for a short while.

Naruto in Hero Academy
Which Naruto characters would replace the MHA characters more accurately in MHA AU?
Here is what I think:
Tumblr media
🔸
Naruto Uzumaki ➡ Mirio Togata
Naruto is a lot of things but nervous and shy isn't one of them. Izuku may be the protagonist of MHA but Naruto is like Izuku only in terms of his desire to protect everything that breathes, oblivious towards the blatant interest of opposite sex and their determination to succeed.
Mirio, on the other hand, is optimistic and shares same sentiment towards helping others. He, like Naruto, is not the brightest student and can be dumb and goofy. He is also a jokester of sorts and makes fool of himself like Naruto. Both of them are very hardworking and train themselves to master hardest techniques.
Naruto's quirk: Pressure control
Sakura Haruno ➡ Kyoka Jirou, Ochako Uraraka
Jirou is cool, smart, level-headed and quite aggressive. Sakura is book smart, is dry when she wants to be, isn't afraid to put people in their places when they show disobedience or act silly, and has leadership qualities. Both are self-conscious of their looks and bodies and have aversion to horror settings.
Ochako and Sakura are both strong willed, both work hard to be useful to their friends and don't want to left behind. Both are competitive, friendly and kind. Both become shy in front of their love interest. Ochako wants to become a good hero to support her parents and help people, Sakura worked to truly become a shinobi to stand beside her teammates. Ochako cares deeply for Deku, regardless of her feelings for him, like Sakura towards Naruto.
Sakura's quirk: Super strength
Sasuke Uchiha ➡ Shouto Todoroki, Katsuki Bakugou
Both Shouto and Sasuke are cool, quiet, impassive and blunt. They are top students of their class and are popular for their pretty-boy looks and their powers. They both are from influential families and have a strained relationship with their father and older brother who is a villain. They both are intelligent and top of their classes.
Katsuki and Sasuke are arrogant, tend to look down on others and desire to be on the top. They tend to snap at their rivals and often lose their cool in their presence. Both secretly cherish and care for their friends, but are really bad ar outwardly expressing them. They are antisocial and prefer to train over socialising.
Sasuke's quirk: Electricity
Shikamaru Nara ➡ Shinsou Hitoshi
Both are straightforward and clever enough to be one step ahead of the rest. Both are antisocial yet have many friends who are absolute sunshiand are manipulative when they want to be. Both have their mentor's quirks passed onto them – smoking and love for cats.
Shikamaru's quirk: Shadow control
Rock Lee ➡ Eijirou Kirishima
Both are overly enthusiastic about manly things and youth, have optimistic personalities and are insensitive to what people says about them. They care and believe in their friend – Neji/Bakugo – no matter how they shun him away.
Lee's quirk: Speed
Hinata Hyuga ➡ Tamaki Amajiki, Eri
Both are extremely shy in social settings, show outward signs of social anxiety when it gets best of them, doesn't believe in their strengths and look up to Naruto/Mirio.
Eri and Hinata, both are timid and naive. Like Eri, Hinata is accepting of her father's opinion of her and doesn't stand up for herself. While not psychologically traumatised like Eri, Hinata has her social.
Hinata's quirk: X-Ray vision
Shino Aburame ➡ Fumikage Tokoyami
Both are odd ones in their groups, blunt to a fault and have distinctive way of speaking. They are both underestimated and are powerful in their own rights. Tokoyami has his bird and Shino has his bugs to assist him.
Shino's quirk: Insect control
Neji Hyuga ➡ Seiji Shishikura
Both are proud, dignified individuals and are strong believers of their opinions about who can/cannot become heroes/shinobis. Both are arrogant about their abilities and tend to be very cruel to others at times, but that's where their similarities end.
Neji's quirk: Deflection shield
Konan ➡ Asui Tsuyu
Both are not afraid to speak their minds and are very stoic individuals who rarely show emotions. While both are blunt and to the point, they also are compassionate and care for their friends deeply. They are also very supportive and reliable individuals which makes them great partners.
Konan's quirk: Telekinesis
Nagato Uzumaki ➡ Tomura Shigaraki
They both have been manipulated by Sensei/Madara. They both wanted to ruin Shinobi villages/Heros of the world for what they were manipulated into believing a greater cause. They both hide their true identity from the rest of their allies, behind hands and reanimated body. Both, as a child, were kind, compassionate and desired to help others.
Nagato's quirk: Resurrection
Itachi Uchiha ➡ Dabi/Touya Todoroki
Personality-wise, both are similar in some ways – aloof, confident, smart, stoic and cautious. Both often taunt their brothers by pulling on their abilities and weaknesses, however, their intentions couldn't be more different. If Itachi had been a true villain with no martyr tendencies, only rightly placed anger, then he could be considered as true Dabi of Naruto universe.
Itachi's quirk: Hallucinations
Kakashi Hatake ➡ Eraserhead/Shota Aizawa
Both find their wards troublesome and causes trouble to them as much as they could, but they both secretly love them to death. Both have protective steaks in them and always turn 180 on their enemies who dare to pose threat to their kids. Both have distinctive – Aizawa usuallu has his sleeping bag with him and Kakashi always have his porn with him.
Kakashi's quirk: Copy
Hashirama Senju➡ All Might/Yagi Toshinori
Both are revered as idols and are considered the strongest heroes. Hashirama established the idea of 'will of fire' and All Might is considered the 'symbol of peace', which is an idea of goodwill. Both are jubilant individuals, brimming with positivity and strength. They are always shown smiling and have inspiring personalities that are well-liked by others. Hashirama, like Yagi, have serious streak in him which is in contrast to his normal, cheerful attitude.
Hashirama's quirk: Earth control
Anko Mitarashi ➡ Midnight/Nemuri Kayama
Both have similar appearances – purple hair, spiky hair and curvaceous figure – and dress provocatively. They both are quite sadistic and enjoy unsettling others like its their personal hobby. Both are impulsive, stubborn, playful, but also intelligent and resourceful individuals.
Anko's quirk: Elasticity
Madara Uchiha ➡ All for one/Sensei
Need I say? The boss villains whose powers rival the likes of Hashirama and All Might. Madara is better person than Sensei of course, but both are terrifying, manipulative, have animosity against Hashirama/All Might and can be considered the Symbol of Evil. Both are power-hungry, ruthless and manipulative. Despite their merciless nature, they also seem to love their younger brother.
Madara's quirk: Gravity control
Tsunade Senju ➡ Healing girl/Chiyo Shuzenji
Both are old women. Like Chiyo, Tsunade is kind and compassionate, but also harsh and chiding towards crazy and reckless people. They are both expert doctors.
Tsunade's quirk: Healing
.
I had so much fun comparing the characters of my two favourite fandoms for this post. As far as abilities goes, I am happy with this list. I think Fire Control is the most overused ability ever. Gravity manipulation is my favourite ability; if you can increase and decrease the gravity then you are nearly the strongest person. Madara is that. It's insane how strong he is in Naruto, I didn't give him all that credit here.
Thank you for reading!

Mha relationship headcanons (Class 1-A)
Guess I’m doing headcanons now
(In order of seats cause it’s the first photo order on Google lol)
Gn reader
Yuuga Aoyama
He will lazer anyone who even dares to make fun of them
Always in need of attention
ALWAYS
if y/n is boing homework or something at their desk he’ll just dramatically sit down in their lap
“wHy aReN’t yOu PAyinG aTtENTion tO yOUr pReTtY bOYFriEnd?????”
“My little star” ❤️
Compliment wars
Y/n will compliment him once like “hey your hairs really soft today”
Shots fired
He is a rich kid and no one can convince me other wise
So one day he just randomly buys them like thousand dollar jeans and they just sit there like “???????????????? I mean thank you so much I love it but like ????????????”
Mina Ashido
Yeah she doesn’t have any hoodies anymore
“Girls” night is very important where it’s basically every other night where they sleep in each other’s dorm rooms but instead of going to sleep at 1am they go to sleep at 6am on a Friday
Every morning she puts a ridiculous amount of makeup on y/n and y/n the whole time is like “I am totally willing to go to school like this”
But by the end Mina just wipes it all off :(
Brags about each other CONSTANTLY
Kirishima and Kaminari made a whole mix tap of Bakugo telling them to shut up about each other
With Kaminari’s crappy beat boxing ✨
They both go to Momo’s dorm and all study together (let’s be real they aren’t really studying just kidding around) all the time
(If a female y/n) They get their periods at the same time and it’s so miserable cause they can’t take care of each other 💔
If Mineta hits on either one??
The next day the other will ask to train with him and he’ll think someone finally likes him back but turns out they were just trying to beat him up for revenge
Tsuyu Asui
HATES PDA
DON’T YOU DARE HOLD HER HAND NO
Headcanon she’s aromatic (aromatics can still want a romantic relationship with someone and fall in love and stuff, it’s just really unlikely) (feel free to tell me how it works; I’m in the community but haven’t done a large amount of research on aromatics)
Random compliments
Just randomly “hey *ribbit* your outfits really nice today”
💙 swimming dates or going to the pond💙
Double dates with the rest of the Dekusquad couples
Loudly cheers each other on in training
Y/n gives Tsu a frog plush and she’s to scared to sleep with it thinking she’ll drool on it or something so it’s on a shelf that only has special items
Remembers every little thing like they could say they needs to do something in a few months and Tsu will remind them
Eat Bento Boxes together at lunch all the time 🍱
Once y/n was like “what do I feed the pond frogs?????” And Tsu went on a long rant about how to handle frogs
She has a passion okay
Sends goodnight texts at like 8:30 and y/n finds it hilarious that she literally goes to bed at 8:30
(When they finds out about Bakugo they laughs at him and Deku mutters “he deserves it”)
“I love you” *internal panic, like that one spongebob scenes in his head where there’s a ton of little sponge bobs burning stuff* “uhhh um uh thanks” “WAIT IM SO SORRY I LOVE YOU TO SO MUCH” *bursts into laughter*
Tenya Iida
Study dates where they lose track of time and accidentally stay up till two in the morning
Definition of slow burn
Literally, for two years he clearly had a crush on them but didn’t realize it and at some point Deku and generally the whole Dekusquad got tired of it and Ochaco just yelled at him one day “YOU LITERALLY LIKE Y/N HOW DO YOU NOT NOTICE?!?!?”
He just like o ^ 0
Literally plans every date for weeks
He doesn’t love physical affection, he likes it just not all the time, prefers giving gifts and time to each other
Best listeners ever
(Slightly angsty headcanon) one time he had pulled a bunch of all nighters studying and failed a test from not taking in the info and cried and y/n comforted him :(
Literally thanks the universe every night for y/n because he’s a sweetheart
When his brother gets forced into retirement y/n comforts him SO HARD
Y/n would low key be on board with the “murder stain” plan if Iida told them
Cause they are best friends with his brother
When they first got together and they meet each other they thought he was super intimidating cause he’s the “if you break his heart I’ll break your nose” type but then became really good friends because of how each of them care for Iida (well that was what started it)
Doesn’t get jealous whatsoever
Y/n could literally kiss some guys hand or cheek and he’s just like “their a really friendly person and I trust them”
Arguments on who’s gonna pay for dinner lol and then he’s just like
“Oh my god what we split the Bill” like he just had the best smartest idea ever
And y/n’s like “ :0 that such A good idea!!!!!” Cause they are both semi himbo
Ochako Uraraka
As soon as Ochako said she was poor y/n just started randomly giving her money
“Hey Ochako how’s your day” “oh good good you” “yeah I’m doin good anyways here’s fifty dollars”
She makes y/n a ton of hand made gifts and likes baking for them (I headcanon that she likes baking uwu)
If she buys y/n anything they know she was saving up for it and appreciates the heck out of it
Volunteers at the family business all the time 😌
Her bed is covered in stuffed animals and when she misses y/n she cuddles up to them and y/n find it so sad yet adorable
They would be nervous to tell anyone so it would be a secret for a while
Until one day Deku asks if Ochako wants to study with him and Iida and find them cuddling while reading
He definitely freaks out and blush’s but tells no one
After a few months they do tell the class tho they supportive
Okay the whole Dekusquad and y/n calls All Might Dad
When their older they go to pride parades (even if it’s not a lgbtq relationship) and wear “free mom/ dad/ parent hug” shirt and it’s adorable
Constantly touching each other
Could be hugging or hand holding or even as little as just having their hand on the others shoulder
Both find it werid how they somehow have the same taste in music
Part 1 (gonna be four parts lol wanna do the whole class)

daydreams
bakugo x y/n
You were known to never fall short in the creative field. There was always a daydream you were clinging on to during your daily life, no matter what were doing. Your mind always being a little too dull to be in active conversations with other classmates. They didn’t mind it, because your quirk depended on the creativity of your daydreams.
But up until recently, there’s been an individual who has been in the center of your day dreams for a couple of weeks now. He’s been keeping your mind more busy than it ever has and it honestly has made your social interactions deplete. Simply because you become so preoccupied with just the thought of him you can’t speak anymore.
It was Katsuki Bakugo.
The worst possible pairing for you honestly. Your quirk was “fantasy land”, it created hallucinations based off the dreams of your days. Its weakness was rude awakenings, awakenings that Bakugo makes all the time. He’s always shouting from the back of the classroom. Always berating others and constantly bullying poor Deku.
You knew exactly how you felt and the cause these sudden intrusions on your mind, but like hell would you accept it. He’s the exact opposite of your own personality. A soft delicate soul whose mind was never quite there, forever lost in a dream that could never exist.
And now all of sudden your mind was slamming these, these, these attractions to Bakugo at you? The audacity.
Just how exactly would you ever be able to fight with Bakugo constantly bringing you to reality every time? Asui to your right roughly shakes your shoulder, bringing you down from a day dream high.
“y/n-chan are you okay?” you smile and nod your head yes with the usual absentmindedness you held.
“Oi, Oi, OI DEKU,” from behind in the way back of the classroom, someone shouted in the once peaceful atmosphere. Your mood sank down really quickly and your head slid onto your desk as a way to escape the chaos. You crossed your legs underneath the desk being wary of how the skirt went in case Mineta’s eyes were wandering.
The commotion continued to die down in your ears as you began to slip back into your daydreams and thoughts flooding of Bakugo once again. But it was really short lived because a body came crashing into yours just seconds later. Breath left your body in a rash exhale as it was knocked out of your lungs and your head got banged against the person sitting in front of you.
“Bakugo!” someone yelled. Your back started to ache as the other being sprawled out on your back pushed off you rather roughly.
“Why the hell did you throw me dumbass!” that was unmistakingly Bakugo’s voice yelling behind you. Your body thumped at the thought of having physical interactions with him, even if it was because he was thrown into you.
“Enough about that, you guys hurt y/n!” Uraraka yelled next to you. You could feel her hands paw at your shoulder and then at your neck to check to see if you were still breathing. Seeing as you were, she let out a huge breath of relief and proceeded to whirl back around and lecture the hell out of the boys involved in the incident.
As she was unleashing hell on them you took your head off of Todoroki’s back. He was just as stunned as you were when he turned around to look at you. Muttering a small apology you went to rise out of your chair, the feeling of your skirt cascade back down your legs. Your head was starting to throb a little not only due to it being bashed into Todo-kun’s back, but because the overwhelming thoughts of Bakugo.
It was conflicting and it caused you great milestones of stress. The left side of your brain was pulsating with every step you took to get out of the room. What you were experiencing was another set back from your quirk - overproduction. Being in a dreamy mental state was always good for your quirk, but being knocked out of it too many times a day only to return to deep thoughts right after causes trauma.
The door slid to the left and right back as you closed it behind you. Heading straight to Recovery Girl would be your best bet. There’s not much she can do, but the rooms of beds in there is just as good as any medicine for you. Students passed by you roaring and making much noise if they were walking with close friends. You don’t want to admit it, but even though you’re on friendly terms with everyone in the classroom, you don’t have someone walking you to the nurse’s office.
And in a world filled with daydreams, it is one of the most loneliest things.
Your feet lazily dragging the rest of the way, you slid open the door to Recovery Girl’s office. In her chair, she swirled back around with her feet just slightly hanging over the seat. Recognizing you, she gestured to one of the spare beds with her hand. Closing the door behind you, you went to the bed.
Lying down was the best medicine for you, but it leaves you alone with your thoughts. Your thoughts aren’t always daydreams with rainbows and images of Bakugo. It’s inescapable the feeling of loneliness accompanying you along the way to the room. Lying down next to you in bed and cuddling into your neck, whispering doubts and miseries into your ear. You’re able to block them out because you know that his alluring words have no meaning or any truth to be held to them.
But it does get annoying.
Ignoring the soothing voice of the physical embodiment of loneliness, you drift into a dreamless sleep.
Bleary eyes and stiff limbs were a result for sleeping like plank for the past hour. Your headache was gone and the cold comfort that was canoodling you disappeared as well. Surprising, he’s always there with a good morning kiss of gloominess. In his place was a weight on your right leg, unfamiliar to you. With the creaking of your neck, you looked to side and saw spiky, fluffy blonde hair resting their head on the bed. Their hand was gripping your thigh as they calmly sat there.
You blinked once, then twice. This is a daydream right? Have finally lost the grips of reality and dripped off into the realm of your mind? Are you dreaming now?
Bakugo had the weird sense that someone was watching him and when he raised his head, he saw that he was right. You were quizzically gazing at him, your eyes far away in whatever land you wanted to reside within your mind. He released his hand from your thigh with a cough and sat up straight in the chair Recovery Girl gave him to sit in.
“Why are you staring at me like that dumbass,” his words were harsh on your ears and it rudely made you escape the daydream occupying you. Waking from a daydream to such a rude awakening always hits you like jumping into a cool pool on a hot summer day.
“Why are you here?” you answered back with a question. It seemed to catch him off guard because his back straightened a bit more and he was no longer looking into your eyes. He was seeming to find the wooden floors of the room rather interesting.
It took him a bit of time to find an appropriate answer that wouldn’t sound like he was worried for you or anything...
“You just disappeared after I rammed into your back in the classroom and round face made me go look for you, don’t think anything else of it,” you saw right through him. There’s absolutely no way that Uraraka-chan would send this hot-head to come and look for you. She knew how violent he was and what an opposite he was to you. No balance in anything you two did together. Whether it be you were fighting against or which each other in hero training.
“Oh okay, well thank you,” you had a dreamy smile on your face and went to place a hand on his shoulder. Bold move you were initiating there. If you were right about your skeptics, you’d be on cloud 9 more than you were right now. If not? Well that’s something to think about if he slaps your hand off of him. After two seconds of your hand being on his shoulder he didn’t move or away or show indication that he would reject your physical touch.
Instead he started insulting you the way Bakugo does with everyone, well he was more scolding than anything else. But his use of the word dumb ass was extremely potent to your quirk. Every time he said it was like feeling the scorn of the earth being thrown at you. Each time the word was spoken you flinched from it, barely noticeable to everyone else. But after four uses of the word Bakugo picked up on the subtle action, your eyes flickered and your smile would falter for the split of a second.
So he stopped using it.
It took you a minute of him speaking for you to notice, but my god when you did your heart swelled. Did he notice how you felt about that word and what it did to you? It was very surprising seeing that is was one of his most Favorited words to use regarding his vocabulary. You smiled a little wider now, even though he was scolding you, he was mindful of harsh words being used.
You pulled the cover on you legs further up your body as it was getting a little chilly. Bakugo didn’t seem to mind the slight lower temperatures but he noticed that you did.
“Give me your hand dream boat,” you flushed at the compliment but he didn’t seem to know that it was a compliment. Just another nickname. You took your hand from underneath the cover and let it rest in his. His hands were surprisingly smooth and only slightly bigger than yours. But what was most evident was the heat emitting from his palms, was he trying to warm you up? It was silent in the room for a minute or two before Bakugo broke the silence, still busying himself with warming your hands with his own.
“y/n, I know I’m damn awesome but I also know that I’m not gentle enough for you. I’m not good at it and I’m not good at being quiet either,” he admitted a little loud in the silent room.
“It’s difficult to be considerate of how my words affect you, you’re just so damn weak sometimes y/n,” he scoffed at you. Only he can insult you and compliment you so genuinely at the same time.
“Bakugo-” you tried to start but the look he gave you shut you up immediately.
“What is it, why the hell did you stop talking,” he aggressively spoke. You blinked.
“You looked like you were going to kill me,” Bakugo gripped your hands a little more tightly now and squinted his eyebrows menacingly at you.
“What the hell does that mean?” he questioned.
“You’re doing it right now, your face,” you gestured to the mirror on the wall next to the beds. He got up quickly and went to look and sat there for a minute. You watched him in the mirror as he examined himself. He grunted before back around to look at you.
“All I see is a damn handsome man,” he turned went back to the chair he was sitting in. He grabbed your hands again and went back to what he was doing with warming them up.
“But y/n, as I was saying earlier I don’t have a fu-” he paused then continued, “a fricking clue on how to be gentle for you, so if this is too rough let me know,” you tilted your head in confusion at what he meant. That didn’t make any sense, he’s been so gentle with you since he came into this room.
“What do you mean,” you questioned. His red eyes stared into yours before he ‘tched’ himself then grabbed the back of your head. It wasn’t too much of a forceful action, but he did bring you closer to his face in order to kiss you.
Like actually kiss you. Your lips on his lips, his lips on your lips. Playing the tango of the tongues (not really) swapping spit, sucking each other’s face. The whole gist of it.
You weren’t day dreaming it this time.

Edge of Insanity Ch. 1: New Faces, Old Faces
yandere!Todoroki x fem!reader
Tumblr media
Previous Chapter
. . .
Your new homeroom teacher had assigned a bubbly looking girl named Ochako Uraraka to lead you through the day, so you were at least not hopelessly lost and alone. Pulling you from class to class with infectious energy, she chattered about classmate after classmate, until you couldn’t tell the difference between a Mina or a Mezo or a Momo. But from what you gathered, most of your new classmates were more than excited to accept you, and you could already feel that they were much closer to each other than your old classmates were.
Your new academic classes were not much harder than the ones you took in general studies, but the physical ones were definitely far more vigorous than you would have imagined. Round after round of endurance training, muscle bulking and quirk honing strained your body, which lacked the months of training your classmates had received. It was true that you hadn’t expected Aizawa to go easy on you just because you were new, but the training regimen had you practically passed out in the girls' locker room, much to Uraraka’s amusement.
“Don’t worry (Y/n)!” Uraraka laughed, giving you an encouraging pat on the back as the two of you followed the stream of students to the next class. “Aizawa went tough on us today, probably to see what level you’re at. If you work hard you’ll catch up in no time!”
You gave her a thankful smile. You had only known this girl for a couple of hours but you already knew that you were going to like her. Upon seeing your smile, she winked her big brown eyes at you.
“(Y/n).” A low voice called, and you turned around to see a familiar face speed up to match your pace. “Long time no see. I’m surprised you made it to this class.”
Uraraka gave the purple haired boy a scolding smack to the arm. “Shinsou! That's rude.” He merely rolled his eyes before raising his eyebrows at you. It really had been a while since the two of you had spoken—you weren’t anything more than acquaintances with him in your old class, but you still admired him nonetheless for proving to everyone that he was strong enough to be in class 1-A.
“Hi Shinsou…” You said nervously. “How’ve you been doing?”
“Eh, mediocre. This class will really whip you into shape, if that’s what you’re asking.” It really wasn’t what you were asking, but honestly you weren’t sure how to talk to him. You weren’t even sure if he even liked you very much.
“I see. That’s good for me, I suppose.”
The three of you finally made it to the next class, huddling around the door to be let in. The conversation painfully died off and you hoped the teacher would hurry up. “I don’t remember you being this shy.” He remarked bluntly, only to receive another reprimanding smack from Uraraka. You flushed red with embarrassment.
“I- no! It’s just weird seeing you again!” You said defensively.
His mouth twitched with what you could only assume was a smile of amusement. Either that or he was laughing at you. “I'm just kidding. Really though, good job making it to this class.”
You didn’t know what else to do other than nod and say thank you, before the door was pulled open and he whisked inside. You let out a huff as you frowned at his retreating figure.
“Old lovers?” Uraraka teased with a giggle.
“Nothing of the sort.” You retorted, without missing a beat. Trying your best to calm your embarrassment, you strode in after him.
. . .
The new girl walked in with Uraraka, and Todoroki watched with a bit more interest than he had shown this morning. During gym earlier, you had more than surprised him with your quirk, and he wondered how he hadn't heard of you before. While he acknowledged that you still had much to improve on, the confidence and control with which you regarded your power was nothing short of impressive. He wasn't able to pinpoint just what about you had captured his interest so much, but his attention had definitely shifted to this new member of the class.
Your eyes scanned the classroom, and lingered on his even gaze for a moment. You remembered him from the Sports Festival: Shouto Todoroki, ice and fire quirk, son of Endeavor, second place winner. He was casually resting his head in his hand, elbow propped up on the table. He peered at you from under a fringe of white and red hair. Seeing his face caused your anxiety from the morning to sudden return: you were surrounded by the literal heroes of the future, and the overwhelming fear of failure and incompetence washed over you. Your breath hitched and dread filled your stomach: what am I doing here?
You must have stood there paralyzed, staring at Todoroki, for a moment too long because Uraraka hurriedly urged you to sit down. Taking a deep, calming breath, you tried to focus on Uraraka, who was briefing you about the teacher. Pushing you forwards, Uraraka sat down, leaving the only empty seat next to Todoroki, who was still quietly gazing your way.
Todoroki hadn't noticed yet that he was staring, as he was distracted by disconnected thoughts about your quirk, history, and appearance. You felt your cheeks turning pink again as you became ever more aware of his mildly unnerving stare. He was handsome… and even more so up close.
You sat down neatly, your hand fluidly passing down to smooth your skirt out underneath you. The soft smell of soap and shampoo wafted over him. Todoroki hadn't sat so near to you before, and he couldn't help but notice the small splash of freckles across your face, the gentle flush on your cheek, but also (which he noted with a frown) the tired crescents under your eyes. You looked around awkwardly before peeking at him, catching his eye and mouthing a little "hi".
Honestly, he found you rather pretty. The tiniest of smiles graced his lips as he whispered hello back.
. . .
Class broke for lunch and you couldn’t believe that it was only noon—you felt like too much had already happened to of fit into those past few hours. You had let Uraraka and her friends leave before you, quickly saying that you needed to go to the bathroom. Slipping away, you made your way into an empty stall, quietly closing the door. Away from prying eyes, you could finally let out the long sigh of exhaustion that had been building up since you stepped out of bed that morning. You stood there, eyes closed against the closed stall door, until your breathing calmed and you felt less overwhelmed. You were okay. You could do this.
You thought about Uraraka, and the green haired boy (you were sure he had introduced himself at one point but there were simply too many names to remember) who seemed to be quite close to her. They seemed so friendly and welcoming… you felt an urge to get to know them better. And Shinsou… you could never tell what he was thinking and it made you nervous. How much did he remember from your last class? And of course Todoroki. He had seemed friendly enough but was very quiet during class. Butterflies fluttered in your stomach when you remembered that tiniest of smiles he gave you… it was charming.
Finally feeling a bit less high strung than you were earlier, you exited the stall, pretended to wash your hands, and made your way to the cafeteria.
The line had shortened since you were late, and you quickly snagged something random from Lunch Rush. Precariously holding your tray, you were about to walk right out of the cafeteria to eat alone as you were used to, but Uraraka flagged you down.
"(Y/n)! There you are, c'mere!" She waved energetically, beckoning you to their table.
You bit your lip as you glanced at their table, spotting the green haired friend, the class representative (you were 90% sure he was called Iida), Tsuya (who you had briefly sparred against during gym) and Todoroki. You were torn between escaping to somewhere quiet versus making friends, and in a split second decision, you walked back towards their table.
You were greeted with a chorus of hellos as well as introductions. You finally learned that the freckled boy was Izuku Midoriya, the bespectacled boy was indeed Tenya Iida, and that Tsuya's last name was Asui. Todoroki formally introduced himself as well.
Happy chattering resumed around you as they pulled you into a discussion about new animes and manga. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all. Maybe for once you wouldn't be so alone.
. . .
Happy thoughts and new anime recommendations filled your head as you stood at your new locker, rearranging books.
"Making some friends are you?" A voice hissed in your ear. You jolted, feeling your face pale and the adrenaline kicked in. You didn't turn around but you could feel her looming behind you.
"...leave me alone, Inomata."
"Oh, standing up for yourself now? That's new."
You cringed at her words, biting your bottom lip as unpleasant memories rushed back to you.
"Don't get so full of yourself just because you switched classes. You're still just as pathetic… and you always will be." With that, she pulled away, the clacks of her shoes signifying retreat down the hall.
You let out a shuddering breath, feeling hot tears prick at your eyes. For just a couple hours you had hoped that transferring had stopped her torment. Maybe you were wrong.

Is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero. She is one of the main protagonists of My Hero Academia. Other students have described Ochaco as "the most laid back girl" among her class, being very bubbly and kind of an airhead at times. She is often incredibly blunt without being aware of it. Similar to Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco's reactions tend to be exaggerated and humorous: She often becomes amused at certain personality traits and quirks others exhibit, bursting into laughter at times, which she tries to suppress. Ochaco is a very warm, lively individual who thinks about everything positively, though she is objective enough to see flaws and virtues. She is empathetic in general, friendly to those she meets, and will try to help or defend anyone who is kind to her or who needs assistance. Ochaco seems to be very good at reading people, understanding the reasons for Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo’s rivalry, and being the first to notice when the usually collected Tsuyu Asui was upset. Her empathy and kindness are also seen in how well she gets along with her classmates. She is on good terms with everyone and is particularly close friends with several members of the class, including Izuku, Tenya, Tsuyu, and so on. Despite her usually cheery and sometimes ditzy demeanor, Ochaco can take on an extremely determined, focused, and somewhat intimidating attitude when the situation calls for it. This side of her personality can come as a surprise to those who are used to her generally bubbly nature, and it tends to appear during competitive situations like the U.A. Sports Festival. While she is shown to be surprisingly strategic, she isn't above making some impulsive or reckless decisions. When it comes to her chosen path as a Hero, Ochaco is unwavering and dislikes being underestimated, even in the face of an overwhelming force. Coming from a poor household, Ochaco tends to become easily excited or surprised over little things, even losing her composure when faced with actual luxury, to the point of nearly fainting. Bonus materials have depicted her as frugal and occasionally stingy, since she goes to extreme lengths to save money, including sleeping so she doesn't waste oxygen or skipping meals in order to save food. Ochaco's parents are her main drive to becoming a hero, and she desires above all else to earn money in order to give them a comfortable life. She is brazenly honest about her priorities and doesn't hide her pursuit of heroism being in large part due to money, despite her embarrassment over admitting so. While money was a deciding factor in her decision to become a hero, Ochaco dreamed of becoming one prior to realizing the extent of her parent's monetary struggles, as she admired their capacity to bring smiles to people's faces. In terms of heroism, Ochaco has shown more preference towards rescue, being a fan of Thirteen for her expertise in the area. She is aware of her physical limitations, deciding to choose the combat-oriented hero Gunhead for her internship in order to increase her fighting repertoire. Consequently, Ochaco developed a new sense of battle awareness and has become a more instinctive fighter. Ochaco is also greatly inspired by her classmates, especially Izuku, whom she finds to be greatly admirable for both his strength and compassion. Ochaco has developed a crush on him due to this and their close friendship, resulting in her attempts to follow his example, for better or for worse. While he inspires her, Ochaco also acknowledges that heroism takes priority over her romantic feelings, and does her best to continue to grow while keeping them in check. Izuku has also caused her to consider the question of who protects heroes when they are in need since he continually throws himself into dangerous situations; this prominently shows how deeply Ochaco cares about him and others. Additionally, Ochaco's feelings for Izuku also result in her having an occasional and subtle jealous side, which tends to be present when girls get close to Izuku or converse highly with him. This is best displayed during his meetings and interactions with Mei Hatsume and Melissa Shield. Despite this, Ochaco is not at all spiteful and often tries to hide or dismiss this feeling whenever it appears.

so what do the dekusquad and bakusquad think of Katsumi? Oh! And what does Katsumi think of Decibel and Spectre??
Alright! I’m going to go through them one by one because it’s easier to explain it that way. And note, this all is subject to change as I work on both Katsumi and Tsubaki’s characters. @self-insert-nonsense owns Decibel and Spectre
Izuku Midoriya- Deku meets Katsumi like the rest of Class 1-A at the Sports Festival. She immediately leaves an impression on him because not only because she has such a bizarre Quirk, but because she flusters both her classmates and his then immediately runs off. She helps out during the Forest Training Camp Arc but Deku doesn’t fully get to know her until Nezu moves her to class 1-A as he believes Aizawa can help her push past her anxiety and her fears about her Quirk. He tries to be friendly but she’s automatically scared of him because she’s seen what he can do to people and she doesn’t want her Quirk to end up affecting him. He ends up having to be a go-between due to Tsuyu believing that Katsumi hates her because Katsumi keeps running away from Tsu (though in reality, it’s because Katsumi has a huge crush on Tsu and doesn’t want Tsu to be afraid of her). It takes a while but they become friends with Katsumi still slightly hesitant of him.
Ochaco Uraraka- Like Deku, Ochaco meets Katsumi at the Festival and goes through the same thing Deku did (getting flustered and all that). However, Ochaco sees Tsu protecting Katsumi from Mineta then later Katsumi defending Tsu from Toga, she starts to wonder if something deeper is going on between the two. Nevertheless, Ochaco is excited to have Katsumi join class 1-A and instantly tries to be friends, despite the latter’s hesitation. She is the first one that Katsumi actually tells about her crush on Tsu. Ochaco tries to be supportive but ends up nearly spilling Katsumi’s secret every time she’s near Tsu. In the end, the two are actually good friends with Ochaco being really supportive of Katsumi and Katsumi looking up to her.
Shoto Todoroki- Katsumi is absolutely terrified of Todoroki when she first meets him and the fear gets even worse when Endeavor shows up at the tournament. This fear remains even when she finally gets to Class 1-A. Every time Todoroki gets near her she accidentally unleashes fear onto everyone in the nearby vicinity. It takes both Todoroki and Deku to help calm Katsumi down and to let her know that Todoroki won’t harm her. In fact, they bond over the fact that they both have bad relationships with their parents (though, in Katsumi’s case, it’s both instead of Todoroki’s one). After all that Todoroki sees her as a sister and Katsumi sees him as a brother.
Tenya Iida- Although Iida doesn’t freak Katsumi out like Todoroki did, Katsumi often gets spooked by his authoritative nature and his loud voice. Iida doesn’t figure this out at first and wonders why Katsumi always tries to move away from him when he’s talking. Ochaco and Tsu have to explain (Tsu more bluntly than Ochaco) that Katsumi feels threatened by his loud voice. After that, Iida tries his best to accommodate for Katsumi while Katsumi tries to make herself more confident like Iida. While Iida looks at Katsumi like a fellow student, Katsumi looks up to him like an idol and a model hero.
Tsuyu Asui- Katsumi crushes on Tsu hard. When she’s first introduced to Tsu she causes her classmates and Class 1-A to become seriously flustered, resulting in her running away. When Mineta tries groping her and it leads to him getting paralyzed due to her Quirk (Paralyzed due to Fear), Tsu defends her in front of Class 1-A and B along with Class 1-B students Itsuka Kendo and Jurota Shishida with Tsu calling Mineta a creep who needed to be taught a lesson. Later Katsumi defends Tsu from Toga after she hears Ochaco and Tsu get jumped by Toga. Once Katsumi moves into Class 1-A, Tsu follows Deku and Ochaco’s footsteps and tries to make friends with Katsumi only for Katsumi to run away in a panic. This leads Tsu to think Katsumi hates her. After Deku talks to the emotion-based Quirk user, Katsumi tearfully tells her that she is afraid of hurting anyone with her Quirk and that she doesn’t not want to be friends with Tsu and the others, but she can’t because she is afraid of hurting them. Tsu tells her that she’s being dumb and that if she keeps letting her fear control her, she’ll just push everyone away. Tsu then promises to help her with Quirk if Katsumi lets her be her friend, with Katsumi eagerly agreeing. Tsu sees her as her best friend while Katsumi, obviously, has a crush on her.
Katsuki Bakugou- If you thought Katsumi was scared of Todoroki, she is completely petrified of Bakugou. Bakugou is loud, threatening, aggressive, hotheaded, basically, all the things that scare Katsumi. Bakugou barely paid any attention to the lavender-haired girl, only calling her a freak when she paralyzed Mineta, but his interest heightens when she moves to 1-A. Like everyone else, Bakugou sees her as a challenge and threatens to kill her if she gets in his way (causing him to constantly get paralyzed with fear). They’re not enemies, but they’re definitely not friends either.
Denki Kaminari & Eijiro Kirishima & Hanta Sero- All three of them are neutral on Katsumi and Katsumi only really looks up to Kirishima, thinking him to be cool. She finds Denki funny, especially when he goes into his Dumb Mode. Katsumi also finds Sero to be cool but a little unnerving due to his constant smile. Otherwise, nothing of note.
Mina Ashido- Katsumi finds Mina to be so cool and, honestly, probably would-ve had a crush on her if Tsu didn’t exist. They met during the Festival but didn’t really interact until the camping trip when Mina told Bakugou off for calling her a freak, saying that she only paralyzed Mineta because she was scared and Mineta was an idiot. When Katsumi moves to Class 1-A, she can’t wait to be friends with her. Katsumi is a little nervous due to Mina’s ‘superiority’ (in Katsumi’s eyes) and Mina’s appearance but quickly learns that Mina just wants to have fun. They easily become friends, quicker than anyone Katsumi had met at UA and Mina easily defends her when the rest of the Bakusquad gets a little too rowdy. Katsumi considers her a close friend with Mina reciprocating. Fun fact, Mina has taught Katsumi some breakdance moves!
Spectre- Like all villains, Katsumi both fears and dislikes her. Spectre just sees her as a target but freaks out when Katsumi’s feelings bounce to her. Nevertheless, their relationship is negative.
Decibel- Katsumi, at first, didn’t think too fondly of Decibel because, like Decibel’s cousin Present Mic, she was very loud. However, it is Decibel who is the first to figure out that Katsumi likes Tsuyu and (headcanon: I think Decibel is either the music or choir teacher at UA) keeps seating the two next to each other. When Decibel learns that Katsumi doesn’t like loud noises, she tries to accommodate and even tries to give Katsumi dating advice (even though her dating advice is... Terrible). Katsumi begins to like her and uses her as a guidance counselor as the UA guidance counselor, Hound Dog/Ryo Inui, scares her too much. Like all her students, Decibel would defend Katsumi with her life if something were to happen.
Katsumi does have some friends outside of those groups but that is all for now.

Hello!! Um, if possible, may I get a haven box matchup for BNHA? I am having a hard time deciding between romantic or platonic but um..lets go with romantic? I am demisexual and bi-romantic!! My pronouns are she/they and u can call me um... 🐰 anon maybe? If its not taken!! Oh, and thank you in advance!! Take ur time, lovely!! 🥰🥰
So, physically, im kinda chubby and pear shaped. I have pink hair in a kinda scruffy pixie cut. Im a little tall at 173cm. I like pastels and dusty, faded colors, and my aesthetic is a mix of whimsical and comfort! I have blue-green eyes but tbh they look almost more grey, and theyre kinda droopy and sleepy.
I am..an awkward person. Like, I am really timid and softspoken. I stutter a lot, and I get nervous a lot, and I have trouble speaking up. A lot of the time I don’t say much at all because I don’t wanna talk over others. Um, well, I do have generalized and social anxiety though, so that probably contributes to my meek demeanor. I’m also very clumsy and perform poorly under pressure. Im a bit of a mess I guess, but I’m working on getting better, so I’m a bit proud of that at least.
I’m an infp and a cancer, and that combination is..pretty fitting for me. I’m very sensitive and emotional, and I am constantly daydreaming. My imagination is very active and I often have my head in the clouds, and I’m a bit idealistic. The anxiety I struggle with conflicts weirdly with how idealistic I can be, though, because I often find myself fearing for the worst while hoping for the best.
I care a whole lot about people who are close to me, though its only a small circle that really manages this. Im the token mom friend in my group, and I tend to take care of my friends and always try to be a support for them. Being honest, I can be kind of nosy when something is troubling someone, but it’s with good intentions?? Im sure it’s still annoying though.
I’m a lot more open with people I’m close to. When I’m comfortable around someone I’m a super goofball, and quite playful. I like to play small pranks and get up to mischief, but I draw the line at anything that is even slightly harmful, or anything that causes any emotional distress. I am very silly and I don’t mind being a goof if it makes people I love smile or laugh!!
I’m not very practical, and I’m not good at making decisions. I’m notoriously indecisive. Despite being kinda overemotional and timid, even I have times when I’m stubborn and headstrong. Specifically, when it comes to protecting my loved ones, my beliefs, or animals.
My interests lay on the creative side of things!! I do digital art, baking, embroidery, I play the ukulele, and I like to write! I also love self care and just taking it easy, so I often make my own bath supplies and candles. In particular, bath bombs, bubble bath, body butter, stuff like that!! I just like smelling nice and feeling clean and soft! I kinda have low self confidence, but that sort of thing makes me feel better. Also, I may seem a bit “uwu” I guess lmao, but im actually super into horror, angst, etc, at least in fiction! The music I listen to tends to be more along the lines of alternative rock, pop rock, and metal, but theres times when I just wanna chill to some indie or lofi too!

“C’mon lovely! It’s just my friends,” Uraraka said as she wrapped her arms around her girl’s waist. “B-but, you know how I am with other people!” The taller female retorted. “And what if-“The green-blue eyed female started. “No more what ifs! They are really good people, they won’t judge us,” Uraraka then said as she held the taller’s hand. “If you are uncomfortable, I won’t force it,” She added as she smiled softly. As the taller female looked down at her with loving eyes, she decided what to do. “Fine,” She muttered. “Hmm? What was that?” The Auburn haired girl said. “I said, fine, let’s meet them,” She said a bit louder. Uraraka squealed and smiled brightly. “Don’t worry! There’s only 4 people. Just to keep it simple and all,” She then said as she hugged the pink haired girl and chuckled. “You sure though? I know how your anxiety gets, please don’t push yourself,” She added. “I’ll be fine as long as you are there,” Uraraka’s lover said as she wrapped her arms around the shorter. She then placed her head on her head briefly.
And soon enough, the Dekusquad was all together. “Guys, this is my girlfriend!” Uraraka said happily. But really, she is nervous. She was afraid of what her friends would think of her. Would they accept her as is? Will they leave her? Her fears were quite obvious to her lover. So, the green-blue eyes female held her hand as they waited for their reaction. “Ribbit! That’s so cute. Ribbit!” Asui started as she smiled. “I hope you two would have a wonderful relationship together,” Iida then stated with his robotic arm swing. “What Iida said,” Todoroki added. “I hope you two are happy always,” Midoriya said as he smiled. Uraraka was almost brought into tears as her friends supported her and her love. “I hope you all don’t mind me here,” The pink pixie said as she looked away. “Of course we don’t mind! Right, everyone?” Midoriya said. “Ribbit! You are always welcomed,” Asui said as she smiled. “Thank you all so much! This really means a lot to me,” Uraraka said as she hugged Tsuyu. “Yeah… Thanks!” The taller said as she joined in awkwardly.
“How long have you two been together, Ribbit! If you don’t mind me asking,” Asui said as she let go of the two. “A few weeks now,” Uraraka said with a smile.

One: All Men Are Not Created Equal
“Midoriya-kun!”
Izuku looked up from where he had been shuffling down the hallway to see a few members of class 1-A waving to him. He gave an awkward wave as he tried to move past them, but they were persistent.
“Friend Midoriya-kun!” Iida-san called loudly, inserting himself into Izuku’s space. With him (as always) was Uraraka-san and Asui-san.
“H-hi,” he stammered out in response.
“How’s the management department going? I have always been interested in the other classes.”
“It’s good. Class J is the same as always. How’s A been?”
“Good! But soon we must embark on the journey of studying more”
“Don't remind me,” Uraraka-san groaned in response.
Asui-san opened her mouth to respond but a familiar blast in his face caused Deku to take a step back. He gave a hard swallow as he forced a smile and a wave, “H-hi Kacchan.”
“Fuck off Deku!” Kacchan yelled in response as he gave a sneer. “What do you think you’re doing here?”
“Oh you know each other?” Uraraka-san asked intrigued while behind her Iida was attempting to apologize profusely for his classmate’s lack of manners.
“Kacchan and I grew up together,” Izuku answered as he glanced at the other boy.
“Wait, he has friends?” Another student asking from behind Bakugo. They hadn’t been introduced, but after watching the sports festival Izuku knew who it was from the research he had done during the Sports Festival. Kirishima Eijiro, Quirk: Harderning, he had made it to the second round in the sports festival before losing to Bakugo. Izuku opened his mouth a question about the other first year’s quirk on the tip of his tongue but Bakugo’s palm had appeared in his face, freezing any words before they could come.
“I would never be friends with a Deku!”
“You make it sound like you have options for friends,” Kaminari Denki tossed in as he approached tossing an arm around Kirishima-kun’s shoulders in a friendly way. The smile melted off his face quickly as Bakugo rounded on him, but Izuku didn’t mind. As the classmates chattered, it allowed him to fade to the background where he belonged.
It allowed him to slip away.
“You damn nerd!”
Izuku was barely able to throw his arms up before the blast hit his arms and he found himself falling to the ground.
“Where do you get off talking to my class, huh?” Bakugo shouted. “I’m gonna be the number one hero! I can't have people thinking I’m friends with a quirkless dumbass!”
“Sorry,” Izuku mumbled in reply. “I won't do it again.”
“You’re a quirkless shithead!” He continued reaching for Izuku’s backpack and throwing it to the side, its contents spilling across the sidewalk. “When are you gonna realize that? You’re in the fucking management class! You’re never going to be anything! So stop trying!”
Izuku wasn’t sure why the words stung.
They were words he had been told since he was a child. Since the day his quirk hadn’t developed. Words said by everyone in his life, from friends, to bullies, to teachers, to All Might himself.
The hero had told him to try another path. To go for management, to support heroes in their work behind the scenes. So he had tried, he had applied to UA, taken the exam, gotten in. He had tried to make friends, to do well in his classes, he had tried to be happy in a life which wasn’t suited for him, he had tried. He had tried. He had tried.
But Kacchan was right, if he wasn’t going to be anything... then why try at all?
Perhaps that’s why this time Bakugo’s words had hurt so much, because this time they weren’t only his, but Izuku’s too.
~~~~
“Izuku?” his mom’s voice had come worriedly. “What are you doing?”
He glanced up from where he was taking down the last of the posters, trying not to damage the wall as he did, “Redecorating.”
His mother entered the room slowly looking around at the full garbage bags in the center, “Why are you throwing it out of all of your All Might stuff?”
Because he was tired of living in a shrine. Living in the shadow of yet another person who didn’t believe in him. “I’ve gotten older,” He told her with a forced smile as he shoved the final poster in the garbage bag and tied it shut. “I don't need it anymore.”
His mother seemed to be at a loss for words, but tears brimmed at her eyes. Izuku gave her another smile as he moved to give her a hug, “Don’t cry mom.” But she did anyway, and he held her there consoling her as she apologized for not being able to give him a quirk, for not being able to control things she by nature she couldn’t control. But as she cried, Izuku couldn’t help but feel he had made the right decision. But there was one final step.
The stacks of notebooks nearly fell from his hands as he walked out the UA gates and headed towards his home. When he arrived he would toss them with the rest of the things he needed to throw out, and get rid of it all in one go.
No turning back.
“You have more of them, Izuku-kun?”
Izuku blinked in surprise as he looked around the almost empty street to find a girl standing behind him. She was about his age, dressed in the uniform of another school, with blonde hair and a large smile on her face.
“I’m sorry?” He asked awkwardly.
“More books!” She said cheerily, taking something frown behind her back and holding it out for him to see, “Tada!”
Izuku paused and blinked seeing his own handwriting on the notebook’s cover.
“You dropped it yesterday!”
“He didn’t drop it, that kid threw his backpack.” This voice came from the alley beside her and when he looked Izuku could see a man perhaps in his twenties. He was tall with long dark hair and purpled skin in patches across his body in an unsettling way.
“We liked reading your notebook!” She said ignoring him. “So did our friends!”
“Oh, um thank you,” Izuku replied awkwardly as he took the notebook from her. He tried to move away but she spoke again.
“Can we read another one?”
“I-I was actually going to throw them away.”
“Then just give ‘em to us,” Her companion shrugged. “Problem solved.”
“Uh, okay I-”
“Wait! I’m sure Kuriogiri-san and Shigaraki-san would want to ask about them!” She interjected. “Come with us to meet them!”
“He doesn’t know us, nutjob,” The young man said with an eye roll. “Why would he come with us?”
“Well I’m Toga Himiko, and that's Dabi! Nice to meet you Izuku-kun!”
Izuku hadn’t expected to end up standing awkwardly in a bar surrounded by people he didn’t know but yet here he was. Toga-san seemed nice enough, but the rest honestly creeped him out a tad with how much they were staring at him and-and Shigaraki had severed hands on him?
“This is in depth,” Kurogiri-san complimented looking through one of the notebooks. “Does your quirk involve your memory? Or analysis?”
“I’m-” He faltered. “I’m quirkless actually...”
“Remarkable. These are quite thorough, you could compete with someone who has such a quirk.”
“Do you have any more of these?” Dabi-san asked him.
Izuku gave a slight nod as he shifted uncomfortably in his seat. “At home.”
“Bring them tomorrow!” Toga-san encouraged.
Izuku had mumbled a reply about considering it and he left as quickly as he could.
So he wasn’t entirely sure why he went back.
But that mix of confusion and uncertainty would become part of his regular visits. At first it had been to give extra notebooks. To go over his thoughts. And then it had been to do that again. And again. And again.
But he knew that was just the excuse he had been telling himself.
He was going for them.
That first day something had intrigued him, and then on the second he had seen how polar their personalities seemed to be, but as he continued returning he could see how they each fit together in that whole puzzle that was them. He could see how each was acknowledged and accepted for their differences- not ridiculed. Yes there was teasing, there was name calling, but unlike what he was used to it didn’t have any malintent.
And he could start to see where he fit too. On that same stool at the corner of the bar, a glass of water in front of him and a notebook in front of him.
It was a place where he was wanted. A place where they treated him kindly- as a friend- as one of them. And Izuku didn’t realize how much he had latched onto them- until they had finally told him what he already figured out for himself. It had been easy to, far easier than one should expect.
Because sitting there, sitting in that spot he could essentially hear bits and pieces clicking into place. Mainly about Kurogiri-san, the man’s description matched what Iida-san had gone on and on about when Izuku had asked him about the U.S.J. incident.
These people were criminals- villains.
Logic told him to run, to never look back, to tell all the heroes at school that he knew exactly where they were hiding. He knew what the teachers and other heroes everywhere had been trying to figure out for so long. Now all he had to do... was tell.
It would be easy to do. He had options. He could tell the police, or he could tell any one of the teachers at school tomorrow. He had options...
So he wasn’t sure why he didn’t tell anyone, but at first he didn’t go back either. He had stayed away for a few days, trying to determine what he should do with the information and ultimately he had decided to sit in his seat at the bar, drink his water, talk to his friends, and write down his analysis.
“You’re taking this better than I expected,” Kurogiri-san acknowledged.
“What did you expect?” Izuku asked him in return.
“I thought you’d have some reaction to us being the ones who attacked your school.”
Izuku sipped at his water with a shrug. “I’ve known for a while,” he admitted. “I figured it out myself a while ago.”
“It didn’t bother you?”
“It did... but-but you guys are my friends, right?”
Toga-san had leaned forward with a smile, “Course!” v
Friendship came with the others growing comfortable with him, and as the walls came down between them they began to be open with their planning. It was strange, he would go to school all day and learn about how to manage and support pro heroes, and afterwards he’d come here to the bar and he’d hang out and pretend he couldn’t hear as they plotted their next moves. Sometimes he’d simply pretend not to listen at all, but he could always hear. And yet when the words were spoken to him he thought he had misheard.
“W-what?”
“I asked,” Shigaraki-san started slowly. “Do you want a quirk?”
SCENARIO REQUEST: ❝present us your smile!❞
Tumblr media
[ Fandom: Boku no Hero Academia ] [ Characters: No pairing featured ]
「You were stone-faced and usually emotionless, no one had seen you smile before. However as your long time childhood friend, Kirishima goes on and on about how he has seen your smile. This results in Class 1-A getting curious over how you look when you smile.」
It was something no one had seen before. Their stoic, stone-face classmate who was always studying diligently and training regularly had gotten them curious. You were well aware of your own behavior. You rarely smiled and laughed but at it didn't bother any of our classmates. Todoroki was the same also, stoic and aloof. But as the days go by, he found himself getting more comfortable with his friends and began to smile from time to time. On the other hand, you were different, always stoic and devoid of emotions. As your childhood friend, Kirishima was interrogated a few times about your behavior.
Today, the students or Class 1-A were having dinner in the common area. Some were seated on the dining table while the rest were seated in the common area. Ashido who was sitting with Kirishima, Kaminari, Hagakure, Jirou and Sero sudden brought up something that she had been wondering about which was about their stone-faced classmate. She had said it when you were in your room cleaning up before dinner.
"I told you that [First Name] has smiled before!" the red head mumbled as he shoved another slice of ham into his mouth.
"Lies! We've been together for almost three years and I have never seen her smile!" Ashido exclaimed. Kirishima and her had gone to the same Middle School as you did so they knew more about you. However, it didn't change the fact that Kirishima was your childhood friend, already friends with you since Elementary School.
“Kirishima keeps on saying that but we’ve never seen [First Name] smile before. As we thought, its probably like some sort of super rare thing that happens once in a lifetime.” Jirou muttered whilst poking on a piece of potato that was hidden under the curry they were eating.
"Maybe it was when she was a little bit younger.....I can't remember exactly when or why she was smiling but I’ve seen it with my two eyes!" Kirishima rubbed his chin, eyes shut close as he tried recalling the events of the past.
“Well, Kirishima-kun is [First Name]-chan’s childhood friend so he knows her the best.” Uraraka pointed out as she walked into the kitchen to wash her plates. The brown haired female was followed by Asui, Midoriya and Iida who were done with their meals.
“But still, I have never seen [Last Name]-san smile or laugh before.....” Midoriya muttered out loud.
“I think she’s much more emotionless than Todoroki-chan. In a way, they’re similar.” Asui said out loud. The aforementioned male suddenly made his appearance, pointing at himself with a tilt of his head when he heard his name being mentioned.
“Me?” he questioned.
“Todoroki-san just seemed distant and aloof at first but he has become much more sociable and he occasionally smiles.” Yaoyorozu stepped into the conversation with a small smile as she handed the plates over to Uraraka who was washing everyone else’s plates.
“That is true! As for [Last Name]-kun, she’s friendly but she just doesn’t express herself that often! So Todoroki-kun and [Last Name]-kun are two very different individuals!” Iida explained, waving his hands around.
“But all that aside, I’m kind of curious of how she looks like when she smiles.....aren’t you guys the same?” Sero asked his classmates who were now standing in the kitchen and dining room.
“Maybe we’ll just have to make her smile somehow.” Kaminari pointed out while scooping some rice which had a generous amount of curry atop before eating.
"Oh! Sounds great! Maybe surprise her or something?” Hagakure wondered out loud, folding her arms.
“Then I’ll be in charge of doing that―” Mineta rubbed his hands together with a perverted grin on his face. Jirou used her quirk and jabbed the shorter male, causing him to shriek in pain.
“No, I don’t trust whatever surprise you have planned for her.” Jirou glared at the class pervert.
“This is stupid.” came Bakugou’s opinion as he helped himself to another serving of curry.
“But aren’t ya curious too, Bakugou?” Kirishima asked. The ash blonde scoffed in response, closing the rice cooker before taking a seat next to the red head and setting down his plate. He had been listening to everyone’s bullshit while he was eating and he couldn’t believe that they were fussing over something so trivial. But he couldn’t say it out loud―he was also curious.
“Oh, what is everyone talking about?” you questioned.
Your classmates stopped talking to face you. Dressed in your normal casual clothes and wearing your usual slipper, you stepped into the kitchen and helped yourself with the curry that had been prepared.
“Hey, [First Name]! What do you call a fake noodle?”
“Eh?”
“An impasta!”
Silence.
“Oh.....okay.” you muttered in response, giving the blonde a nod before you ate your portion of curry. Jirou smacked Kaminari and pointed out that the joke was just horrible.
And that was the start of Class 1-A’s mission to make you smile. They did everything they could. The girls had decided to buy you something but only received a ‘Thank you, I’ll treasure this.’ as a response. Everyone else did whatever they could just for the sake of seeing your lips quirk upwards a little but none of their efforts showed them satisfying results. Midoriya and Todoroki had complemented you while Kaminari and Sero cracked stupid jokes and puns. Their methods were different but none of them did any good.
On the other hand, you were starting to get a little confused by their behavior. Sure you were surprised the girls had gave you something but it wasn’t your birthday. Kaminari and Sero always cracked jokes but it made you curious as to why they were trying extra hard these days. As you filled your basket with items that the dorm needed, you thought about why your friends were acting weirdly around you recently. Even after the long queue and paying for your items, you still thought of nothing.
On the way back to the dorms, you walked pass the usual intersection and spotted a kitten at the side, slowly making its way to the street. That was when you noticed that the light was still red although the countdown was really close to zero. The loud engine from a truck caught your attention and when you shifted your attention from the kitten, you saw that it was speeding towards the kitten who was still unaware. You quickly stepped forward and raised your hand to stop the vehicle.
You picked up the oblivious kitten and walked to the other side.
“That’s close.....you almost died.....” you mumbled, setting down the kitten down the street, watching as it licked its paw and mewl at you cutely. You felt your heart swell at the cute gesture before walking away.
“Oh.....Neko-chan......” you mumbled, noting that the kitten you had saved from getting run over earlier had followed you all the way down the road. You glanced around to see if there was anyone around you.
As it was raining, you moved closer towards the kitten and moved your umbrella over the feline who mewed and rubbed itself against your leg. When you finally reached the dorms, you stopped to see that the kitten had followed you all the way up the stairs and in front of the door. You picked up the kitten and entered the dorms, cradling the creature with care. The first person you ran into was Bakugou who appeared to have came back from his run as he was dressed in a rain coat with a t-shirt underneath.
“Oh, Bakugou-kun. I’m home.” you bowed curtly.
“Stop with the damn formalities already. Anyway, what’s that?” he asked, pointing at the kitten.
“This? It was following me and it was raining.....so I thought that I should bring it in.” you mumbled, walking alongside the ash blonde with the kitten in one hand and the groceries in the other.
“[First Name], you’re back! Did you get those groceries we needed? Oh, a kitten!” Hagakure exclaimed, noting the feline you were carrying in your arms. You gave the invisible girl a nod as she slowly approached you, cooing at the cute little animal.
Everyone began to crowd around you who had brought home a kitten. Sitting on the floor, you let the kitten drink from the small bowl of water you had brought out. It seemed to have grown attached to you, staying crawled up on your lap as the girls cooed and gave it their full attention. Some of the boys couldn’t help but to coo at the feline, watching as you toy with the tip of its ears.
“I wonder if I can keep it.....I hope Aizawa-sensei doesn’t mind.” you said, glancing at your friends.
“Well, Aizawa-sensei likes cats too, so hopefully he decides that keeping this kitten will be fine.” Hagakure pointed out.
“Oh! Why don’t you give it a name, [First Name]? You’ve never had a pet before right? Your parents always thought that you could never handle one.” Kirishima hummed as you nodded. You gently stroked the kitten’s gray fur.
“How about, Haiiro?” you mumbled, cradling the cat close to your chest. The kitten meowed cutely, pawing at your chest as if to voice their approval. You found yourself unconsciously smiling.
“You like it that much, huh?” you smiled softly.
Everyone saw it. Your soft smile, the movement of your lips tugged upwards and forming that specific curve. The bonus was that you were holding such a cute white-gray furred Ragamuffin in your hands. You let out a small chuckle when the cat struggled in your arms and continued to paw at you. The boys could’ve sworn that they felt something tug their heart strings. Even Bakugou found himself flustered, covering the expanse of his face as he looked away from you.
The first time you had smiled in front of them was not a result of their efforts but it felt so damn good. They burned this sight into their minds, noting the dimples that appeared when you smiled. It was just so refreshing and cute.
“THAT’S CUTE!” some of your classmates cooed.
“Eh? What? Do you want to hold Haiiro-chan?” you questioned, holding up the kitten who began to rub itself against your cheek. Everyone was stunned, the boys were still recovering from witnessing such an innocent act from you while the girls were smiling at you. They didn’t say anything and you glanced around until your eyes laid on Midoriya.
“Do you want to hold it, Midoriya-kun?” you asked.
“Eh? Ah, um! Well! About that! I can’t! Yes! I can’t!” he fumbled over his words, cheeks bright red as you tilted your head. You turned towards Todoroki who stood beside him and stuck out the kitten, hoping that your bicolor haired classmate would take it from you.
“Here, Todoroki-kun.”
“Huh?”
“You looked like you wanted to hold Haiiro-chan.”
“N-No....I’m fine.” he muttered. You frowned at his response before glancing at everyone, wondering what was wrong with them. One moment, they were cooing at Haiiro and the other, they were speechless and flustered.
“What’s wrong with everyone?” you wondered out loud.
“N-Nothing! It’s just that.....it was kind of cute.....” Uraraka mumbled in embarrassment as she averted her gaze away from you.
“.....Kittens are cute, aren’t they?” you mumbled, smiling again.
You’re the one who’s too cute! were everyone’s unsaid thoughts.
“Bakugou-kun, your face is red, are you fine?” you asked in concern after leaving the kitten on the ground. The rest of your classmates began to play with it, making weird faces and talking with one another about how they have another member in their family.
“Hah!? What are you talking about!?” Bakugou exclaimed, turning to snap at you.
“Do you like cats? You think they’re cute too? It’s nothing to be ashamed of.” you mumbled. Then you turned around to join your classmates, leaving the ash blonde to stand alone. Midway, you stopped and looked over your shoulder.
“I’ll let you play with Haiiro-chan if you’re embarrassed to do it now.” you said.
“That girl is so damn clueless! Not knowing that everyone was fawning over her cute ass smile....” Bakugou grumbled, shoving his hands into his pockets.
Thank you for requesting! (ㅅ•᎑•) Ohhh! This was a hard one for me because I naturally just smile at people.... .....because I’ve been told that it brings me good luck so..... But I did my best! And with Natsuki’s help, this scenario was a success. Poor Kaminari, no laughs earned from his joke;; ― author Lou
Thank you for requesting! Super relatable because I’m normally emotionless when I first meet people. Couldn’t think of reasons to smile except for when you pet cats and dogs..... There’s a lot but this was the first thing that came into mind.― author Natsuki
BNHA - next gen
(From the top, from the left, as you would read a text)
Midoriya Midori - first born of Midoriya Izuku and Ochako Uraraka.
She is a determined and self confident girl, who formerly dreams of becoming a hero. She breathes fire and is the most bossy one between the sisters.
Midoriya Eriko - second born of Midoriya Izuku and Ochako Uraraka.
She is a kind and shy girl, who doesn’t formerly dream of becoming a hero. She seems to not having a quirk, just like her father, but doesn’t have a problem with this. Eriko has a great sense of sacrifice, pretty contrary to her sister.
Eventually she will find out that her quirk just retarded in showing off.
Her quirk consists in attracting objects of every size and modifying their weight.
Eriko will eventually decide to become a hero instead of her sister Midori, who understands that becoming a hero is not her destiny.
Iida Tanyu - first born of Iida Tenya and Hatsume Mei. He is the typical bad boy, who doesn’t like following the rules and for that, often argues with his father.
Anyway, Tanyu has excellent pratical skills and dreams of becoming an artisan and create his own glasses brand, cause he loves glasses.
His Quirk is Zoom.
Iida Miyo - second born of Iida Tenya and Hatsume Mei. She is just the female version of his father, just slightly more relaxed about rules, and less tense.
She dreams of becoming a hero and doesn’t get on well a lot with her troublesome brother.
Bakugou-Kirishima Emi - she is the adoptive daughter of Bakugou and Kirishima. She was adopted because of Bakugou’s will, as he saw her in the orphanage. Bakugou and Kirishima wanted to adopt a child with a strong quirk, and accepted to adopt a baby with control problems. Initially they were opting for a boy, but then Bakugou just fell for Emi, and then there was nothing to discuss about anymore.
Emi can transform her skin into diamond and nothing can hurt her in this form.
Emi has a very strong personality and nothing can put her down. She is extremely charismatic and loves referring to herself as an Alpha Woman. She doesn’t mind making “boys’ jokes”, fighting and getting hurt and dirty, but she also cares a lot about her beauty.
She is very proud and doesn’t let anyone insult her or her family or friends.
Apparently, her only big weakness is her hair. When somebody ruins it, she gets furious.
Mineta Munoto - he is the handsome first born of Mineta and his wife, a top-model.
He is pretty the opposite of his father, which means he has great success with girls but isn’t interested much in them- this makes his father face-palming all the time.  Munoto wishes he wasn’t so handsome, he just can’t help but being hyperattractive.
He has the same quirk of his father and has a pure, heroic heart.
Mineta Mineko - Mineko is her daddy’s little girl, the second daughter of Mineta and his wife. She is quite the same of him, just a girl, and loves stalking boys just like he did with girls as young. Mineko has unluckily a pretty goofy looking, therefore boys usually just find her adorable and nothing more. Her father always wonders why boys can’t see her daughter’s incredible charm.
Sato Sata - she is the only child of Mina and Sato. She is a good girl, quite cheerful but at the same time a little shy.
She is a very sporty type, and when training and making a physical effort, is capable of creating sugar from the hands, just the opposite of his father.
Yagi Sorahiko - after retiring, All Might started dating with Midoriya’s mother, and ended up marrying her and having a child.
Sorahiko was named after All Might’s master, Torino Sorahiko, in his memory after his death.
Sorahiko is a good guy and pretty self- confident, he gets on well with his half-brother Izuku, he just seems pretty lazy when it comes to study, but he is very interested in girls and having fun in general. He can attract small objects.
Kaminari Ryo - from her short marriage with Kaminari, Jirou had his first son, Ryo, a serious guy who just likes playing his electric guitar, who can play without connecting it to the plug. That’s all his quirk, which is ok for him because he doesn’t dream of becoming a hero at all. Kaminari has a hard time in understanding his son but greatly cares about him and loves him deeply. Ryo doesn’t like her mother’s new family.
Fumikage Akio - only son of Fumikage Tokoyami and Asui Tsuyu, he is a chilling and friendly boy whom quirk consists of a demon frog who follows him everywhere.
Todoroki Kita - she is Todoroki’s niece, daughter of her sister Fuyumi. Her father left her mother when she was pregnant, so she has her mother’s surname.
Kita hates her father, but greatly respects her uncle Shouto, who is her master.
Kita doesn’t like her grandfather, but to some extent she loves him, who shows her some sort of love.
Kita is half cold and half hot, but can use her powers from both her sides.
She has a very compatible personality to the one of her uncle.
P. Yosai - Yosai is Momo’s first born, which she had with a general.
Yosai is a true gentleman, which he became living among important people all his life and attending galas. Yosai can create objects from the chest, just like her mother.
P. Sumi - Sumi is Momo’s second born, a little, bratty girl. She has a bad personality, and is very spoiled.
She can have whatever she wants by just naming a thing screaming its name. This will make the thing appear, which is indeed her quirk.
This is due to the fusion of his mother’s and father’s quirks.
His father’s quirk is indeed Scream, the ability to speak very loudly, which is quite useful being a general.
Ojiro Yo - he is Ojiro’s and Hagakure’s son. He has a great and delineated personality, contrary to her mother, and has a tail like his dad, but being invisible, nobody knows it.
Shinsou Takiji - he is the second born of Jirou, and the only son of Shinsou.
He was born from his mother’s second marriage, her current marriage.
He is a lively guy and would love to get deeper in the relationship with his half-brother, but he just doesn’t want to. He can hear in his head, if he wants to, the thoughts of people, as if they were speaking out loud.
Shoji Saeko is the daughter of Shoji and his wife. She has the same power of her father.
 Koda Nana is the daughter of Koda and his wife, and has the same power of his father, but contrary to him, is not shy at all, but very chatty.
Aoyama Chika is the daughter of Aoyama and his wife, she has his same power.
Mister Aizawa is the teacher of the class, a ProHero and the son of the former Teacher Aizawa and Joke. He is an enthusiastic person. Despite this, he can make people cry til giving up by just watching them in the eyes.
“Sounds fun right?”
Uraraka shrugged her shoulders as her lips twisted with indifference. “I guess,” she sighed, pulling her knees against her chest as she pulled her arms inside her sweatshirt lazily.
“We finally have a free Saturday,” Mina sighed happily as she bounced over to the couch next to her. “No extra training, no assignments due Monday…” She squealed, kicking her feet a little as she plopped down to the couch.
“I hate to admit it, but,” Jirou smirked, stretching lazily as she got comfortable in her seat.
“Hey!” Mina objected.
“Mina’s right,” Jirou conceded, casting the pink girl an unapologetic glare. “We have the upcoming weekend free, and there’s a Cherry Blossom Festival. It’s pretty awesome.”
“I guess,” Uraraka commented, forcing indifference on her lips as she glanced beyond the group of girls in the common lounge. She locked eyes with her towhead  boyfriend for a moment offering him a quick smile before turning her attention back to her friends. He casually stood on the other side of the lounge. His arms were folded and his face held the usual scowl as he watched some of their classmates play a card game and casually tossed an insult or challenge to them.
“Almost everyone from our class is planning to go,” Momo commented.
“Weekend field trip!” Mina cheered, pumping her arms into the air.
Uraraka sighed as her friends around her nodded. The chances of getting Bakugo to go the festival were almost nonexistent, and the chances of getting him to go with her as a date were even less. “I think I’m gonna stay behind.” She really didn’t want to, but the festival wouldn’t be as fun without Bakugo. “Take advantage of the empty laundry room.” And the fact that dorms and the surrounding area would mostly free of U.A. students. It would be nice to go out to a place nearby instead of taking the train to a district where they could be anonymous teens on a date.
“You can’t be serious, Uraraka,” Asui shook her head in disbelief as she looked at her friend. “Everyone is going Todoroki, Deku-.”
“Even Iida is going,“ Mina groaned dramatically.
“Everyone,” Momo emphasized with a firm nod.
“And you’re going to stay at the dorms?” Mina frowned, looking at Uraraka. Puckering out her bottom lip, she rested her head to Uraraka’s shoulder whining pathetically. “You can’t…”
“We’ll see,” Uraraka shrugged, eyes discreetly looking at Bakugo.
If someone bothered to look past his seemingly trademark scowl, they’d notice softness in his eyes and a little smirk when his eyes connected with the floater across the room. He casually placed his hands in his pockets, subtly nodding his head back to signal her to meet him outside the lounge.
Uraraka tilted her head down giving him a little nod.
Bakugo’s eyebrows raised. His face relaxed as he stepped backward, slowly exiting the lounge.
“Better start sorting my laundry.” She wasn’t even going to try to make up an excuse. Hopping off the couch, she gave a little stretch. “Later ladies.”
“Think about coming, okay?” Asui requested, offering a friendly smile.
“We’ll see.” Highly unlikely.
“Hey! You gonna get dinner with us?” Momo questioned. “We’re going down to the cafeteria in a little bit.”
Did she kind of have plans with her secret boyfriend? “Maybe?” She honestly didn’t know. Uraraka was hoping to convince Bakugo to go out for mochi after curfew. Perhaps sneak some food from the cafeteria to his room so they could have dinner together.
“Boo, Uraraka….” Mina teased, hissing at the girl. “You’ve been bailing on us a lot lately.”
“Have not,” she denied. Uraraka tossed a little wave behind her as she walked out of the common room.
“Hey Uraraka!”
“Oh! Hey Deku!” She forced a bright smile on her face as turned to her friend. Uraraka really didn’t feel like discussing tomorrow’s impromptu field trip again. “What’s up?”
“Did you hear about the Festival tomorrow?”
Apparently, she wasn’t going to hear the end of this event. “Yeah,” she confirmed, fighting the pang of annoyance.
Midoriya nodded. Eyes drifting toward the ceiling as he casually scratched the back of his neck, “Are you going tomorrow? Cause Todoroki, Iida, and I are gonna meet at the front gate to go to the train station. I think our whole class is going-“
“Actually, I think I’m gonna stay behind,” Uraraka told him with a small smile.
“Oh,” he frowned. “Why?”
Because my boyfriend probably doesn’t want to go. “I don’t know.”
“Really?” Midoriya questioned, thoughtfully tapping his chin. “You and Kacchan would be the only people from our class not going.”
She really didn’t need him over analyzing the situation. “He probably has better things to do.” That’s definitely something her boyfriend would say.
He nodded agreeing with her statement, “I figured you’d be really excited to go.”
She was. “Maybe next time,” Uraraka told him, her jaw tightening as she forced the scowl from her face. “See ya later, Deku.” She quickly exited the lounge, quietly making her way toward the Bakugo’s room.
The flurry of activity in the lounge meant that she didn’t have to sneak over to the boys’ dorms. Typically, she and Bakugo carefully planned their meeting times. Dinner time and briefly after curfew held provide them with little no hallway traffic; for off campus dates, they typically met each other a couple blocks away from U.A. before making their way to a train.
Uraraka huffed, giving two quick knocks at his door. Her eyes slid from one edge of the hall to the other.
Once Kirishima had nearly caught her. As soon as she knocked, Uraraka had caught a flash of red hair from around the corner. She quickly floated herself to the ceiling, nearly falling with laughter as Bakugo opened the door expecting to see her but coming face to face with Kirishima.
“Hey,” Bakugo murmured softly, opening his door.
Uraraka smiled as he gently grabbed her wrist, pulling her into his room. “Hey,” she whispered back, being tucked underneath his chin. The door closed softly behind them as he wrapped his arms around her waist.
“What took you so long?” He wondered, pressing a kiss to the top of her head.
“Deku stopped to ask me something before I left the lounge.”
Bakugo growled at the mention of that particular name, “Of course.”
“Be nice,” she warned, teasingly slapping his chest as she looked up at him.
“Angel face,” he started with a smug smile. “I have been nothing but nice to that fuckwad.” He flashed her a proud smile.
She hated how much his smile, smug or not, effected her. “I doubt calling him a ‘fuckwad’ or a ‘dumb shit’ counts as nice.”
“Okay, I didn’t do it to his face,” he shrugged, unrepented. “And I only called him a dumb shit because he made a stupid move in that card game. So if you do dumb shit, you’re a-“
“Dumb shit,” Uraraka sighed, rolling her eyes. “Anyway, wanna get some dinner? We should be able to sneak back up here, if we go now.”
“Actually, I figured we could have dinner in here and watch some shows?” Bakugo suggested, gesturing to the bags of carry out on his desk.
Sometimes she wished her classmates could see this side of him. “Alright,” Uraraka nodded with a happy smile.
Although, she couldn’t deny she loved being the only person he’d really opened up with.
The pair settled on his bed with the small spread of carry out containers around them. Uraraka sat nestled between his legs, her back pressed against his chest as they watched a show playing on his laptop. Uraraka laughed, poking his nose with chopsticks when he complained she was getting crumbs in his bed.
“You’re lucky you’re cute,” he warned picking up a dumpling. “Hey! You little-“ Before he could get it to his mouth, it was gone. Bakugo narrowed his eyes at her.
Uraraka grinned, victoriously holding the dumpling she snatched from his chopsticks, “You’re just jealous of my cat-like reflexes.” She happily waved her prize like a little victory flag.
Bakugo growled taking a bite of the morsel in question. “Cat-like reflexes, huh?” He challenged, chewing with smug grin.
She frowned, looking at the half eaten dumpling.  “I’m mad at you,” Uraraka told him, eating the rest.
Bakugo scoffed, “You’re not.”
She pouted, picking up the container of noodles.
“Oi…” He rested his chin to her shoulder. Setting his chopsticks aside, he wrapped his arms around her waist.
Uraraka kept her eyes on the laptop in front of them, delicately shoveling noodles in her mouth.
Bakugo frowned, pulling her closer as he pressed a little kiss on her neck, “Oi…”
She ignored the blush creeping up her neck and settling at the tips of her ears.
“Angel face,” he murmured, sweetly nipping the tender flesh of her neck.
“You butt,” she yelped, giggling as she squirmed in his grasp.
“Yes, but I’m your butt.”
She couldn’t argue with that. Setting her food down, she turned to cup his face and bring them nose to nose. “You’re taking me out for mochi tomorrow,” Uraraka insisted, pressing a soft kiss to his lips.
His brows furrowed in confusion, “I thought you were going to the festival tomorrow.”
That again. “No,” she told him, running her fingers through his hair. “Why? Are you going?”
“It’s not really my thing.”
It really wasn’t. “I know,” she huffed bitterly, leaning away from him a bit.
Bakugo frowned, “What’s that about?” Was she mad at him? They were just playing around, and now she’s mad at him
“Nothing,” she sighed, turning away from him. She picked up the container of noodles and looked back to the show playing on the screen. Uraraka pressed her back against his chest resuming their previous position.
“Don’t sound like nothing,” he told her leaning to study her face. “What the hell was that?”
“Nothing.”
“Bull.”
Uraraka rolled her eyes, stuffing a large portion of noodles in her mouth.
“Are you pissed at me?” He questioned, shocked and clueless. “What the hell did I do?”
“Nothing!” She shrieked too suddenly. She carefully watched him from the corner of her eyes.
“Ochako,” he sighed, eyes narrowing as he watched her.
Exhaling loudly, she turned back around meeting his eyes. “I want to go to the festival tomorrow,” Uraraka admitted with a defeated little stare.
“That’s it,” Bakugo chuckled, playfully tapping her on the head before tangling a hand in her hair. “You dork, you can g-“
“With you,” she added staring at him seriously.
His brow furrowed. Spending the day with her sounded wonderful, but the thought of being surrounded by their classmates made his head hurt.
“That’s why I didn’t mention it…”
“I didn’t even say anything!”
“You didn’t have to,” Uraraka pouted, looking at him sadly.
God damn it. “Don’t look at me like that, Koko,” he sighed, frown deepening as he felt his resolve weakening. “What are we supposed to do? Just show up holding hands all of a sudden, like it’s normal?”
“It is normal, and it’s not all of a sudden.” They’d been together for almost year without their friends knowledge.
He scoffed, “Not to them.”
“Why do you care what they think?”
“I don’t give a rat’s fat ass what those extras think,” he hissed, tenderly scratching her scalp with a scowl.
Uraraka raised an eyebrow at his reaction, “You sure about that?”
Bakugo dropped his head for a moment, inhaling deeply as he lowered his temper. “I just don’t-“ What was the nice way to say it? “I don’t want to deal with their damn questions, comments, and them being all in our business.”
“They won’t be.”
His eyes narrowed as he stared at her in complete disbelief.
“Okay, they’re going to be nosey.” And possibly judgemental.
Exactly.
“But we don’t have to let them be nosey.”
“So, you’re saying I can hit anyone who says something?” He smirked.
Uraraka decided to ignore that little comment. “We don’t have to say anything,” she suggested with a little shrug. “We don’t owe them an explanation, a timeline, a reason…”
Bakugo couldn’t argue with that point. “You really wanna go?”
A slow soft smile curled on her lips as she wrapped her arms around his neck to slide further into his lap, “I really wanna go.”
“Tch.” This was going to be an absolute shit show. “I’m not hanging out with Deku or that icy hot asshole!”
“Okay,” she pressed a sweet kiss to his lips.
Bakugo sighed, pulling her closer to him.
Tomorrow was going to suck.
Notes from Flaminko: Once again, thank you all so much for 100+ followers! Here's a little something we’ve been working on as a small gift. ^^
I genuinely feel like this started off as a sweet TodoMomo idea, but then somehow dwindled down into general Class A cuteness. Ahh enjoy nevertheless, though!
“Do you guys want to go to that butler café in the shopping district?” Ochako Uraraka asked, swirling her straw in her smoothie. “I’ve always wanted to go, and we haven’t really made any solid plans for today.”
Momo Yaoyorozu didn’t look up from the magazine she was browsing from her seat in the large booth of the smoothie shop, knowing the other girls would beat her to the punch of answering anyway. Uraraka was always trying to get the group to try different things, though Momo never was one to usually give in.
“A butler café?” Mina Ashido asked, her lips covering her own straw as she raised an eyebrow and tilted her head to the right slightly. “Sounds fun!”
Now, Momo glanced up. They weren't… they weren't serious, right?
“You mean where a bunch of guys dress up in blazers and suits and tend to our every beck and calling?” Kyouka Jirou said, snorting. “Count me in.”
“I want to be treated like a princess!” Tooru Hagakure exclaimed. Momo watched in sheer amusement as the invisible girl’s white gloves waved frantically about, perfectly depicting her excitement.
“I don't care, kero,” Tsuyu Asui said, leaning back in her seat.
The five girls then turned to Momo, who was biting her lip nervously and looking anywhere but back at them. Truth was, she wasn't really interested in going to a place like that. Having men her age walk around and treat her like something she wasn't made her a little uncomfortable. Besides, her family mansion housed many butlers. She didn't need to go to a café to experience the feeling of being served.
She sighed, crossing her arms and dimly shaking her head. “Sorry, girls,” she said, allowing a small smile to creep up onto her face, “go ahead without me. I'll pass.” She meant for it to sound friendly, like they didn’t owe her anything, though their reaction clearly said otherwise.
Uraraka’s eyebrows furrowed. She brought her hands to her cheeks, cocking her head to the side and shooting the taller girl a curious look.
“Why not?” she asked. “It won't be the same without you!”
Just as she was about to respond, Jirou flicked her forefinger onto Momo’s cheek, causing her to wince back at the slight pain.
“Yeah, Yaomomo, you should come,” she said, grinning. “We all know how much you wanna.”
“It's not my thing,” Momo responded, her voice low and quiet. She said this without really considering anything, though. She’d never been to any sort of cosplay café before, after all. If it wasn’t her own doubts, her parents would also never approve of her taking part in such things.
“But Yaoyorozu!” Hagakure said, and Momo could tell by the girl’s tone that she was not at all happy with this. “We won’t have any fun unless our entire group goes!”
“If Momo-chan’s out, I’m out too, kero,” Asui said simply, lifting one of her large fingers to poke her bottom lip. Momo groaned, knowing what they were saying was true. If she wouldn’t come, they most likely wouldn't feel too good about going either. Not without everyone, at least.
“I don't know…” she mumbled, playing with her hands in her lap.
“Just come!” Ashido grinned, giving Momo a thumbs-up. Then, a little quieter, “Please?”
Momo rubbed her temples, using both her elbows to prop herself up on the table. She shot them all withering looks, knowing she couldn't back out of it now. They had a bad habit of making her do things she didn’t want to do.
Besides, she might just enjoy it.
“Fine. Whatever,” she said, rolling her eyes. “Just don't blame me when I go home all crabby.”
“It's a bet,” Jirou said, and the six girls quietly paid for their smoothies, grabbed their things, and headed out.
“Welcome home, my ladies!”
There were three guys in front of the group, and Momo instantly felt awkward. One of them was short and had a head of bright green curls. His cheeks were colored crimson and all in all, he looked nervous. He was probably new to the staff. The second was a bit taller, sporting a bright blonde hairstyle with a single black streak running through it. The third, however, had a large tail and was also blonde.
It wasn't their hairstyles what made her feel awkward, though. It was their outfits.
All three boys were wearing maid costumes.
They were black and white, just like any traditional cosplay at a maid café, with white frills and straps and a black underside. They also had flowing skirts, the same frill running along the bottom. The look was completed with a giant white bow by the center of the collar.
Momo wanted to laugh.
“Uh,” Jirou started, “did we come to the wrong place?”
“No, you did not,” the first blonde said, walking up to her and offering his hand out. “We’re having a little cosplay event today. The theme is ‘Maid Café’.” Then, he bowed. “Denki Kaminari, at your service m’lady. May I take your purse?”
Jirou seemed taken aback, while Momo tried her best to fight the giggles coursing through her body. Reluctantly, Jirou handed over her bag, watching the boy, Kaminari, take it and lead her to her to a seat at a large, empty table.
The green haired boy walked up to Uraraka, bowing and doing the same. “Izuku Midoriya. I’m… uh… new here.” His cheeks were burning, which Momo found extremely amusing. Plus, her guess was right. “Can I take your things for you?” he asked.
Uraraka giggled, nodding and slipping off her coat, allowing her bright pink crop top to display her chubby stomach. Momo didn't miss Midoriya’s wide eyes at this, and she instantly looked away.
Don’t laugh, Momo. Don't laugh. It isn’t funny, Momo. It isn’t funny.
It was obvious he had a few issues with how to talk to girls, which made her briefly wonder why he worked in a butler café in the first place.
The last boy, on the other hand, looked extremely intrigued as to why there was an invisible girl standing in the group, and as he walked up to Hagakure, Momo’s attention was stolen by another boy who came up to the group.
He looked hilarious.
He was about her age, and had the most interesting hair. The left side was a deep red, while the right side was a creamy white. He too was wearing a maid costume, which didn't completely match with the annoyed, dull expression that completely took over his face.
Oh she desperately wanted to laugh now.
The boy bowed low in front of Momo. “Welcome home, my princess,” he said in a low, smooth voice. “My name is Shouto Todoroki. May I help escort you to your table?”
And suddenly, she felt awkward again. This time, though, it was in a lighter sense, and she didn’t hesitate as much to respond. They were just doing their job, she kept telling herself. It wasn’t unlike her time in her old house, though.
“Sure,” she said before she could be caught staring, accepting his outstretched hand and allowing him to walk her to where the others were sitting. She glanced up at him when he pulled out her chair, nodding in acknowledgement when she lowered herself onto the plush velvet seat.
“I think we came on the wrong day, kero,” Asui whispered to the group, making them all laugh lightly.
Six boys were crowding around the table now, each taking care of their own girl. Todoroki stood right behind Momo, watching her as she scanned the menu, picking out what she wanted.
“Uh, could I get a strawberry fruit roll cake?” she said, closing the booklet and looking back at Todoroki.
A mistake.
He was crouched over, scribbling her order on a bright pink notepad that had the words ‘Kawaii Meido!’ written on it in loopy gold letters. The words translated to ‘Cute Maid!’, which made her instantly burst into the fit of laughter she had been holding in this entire time.
Todoroki followed her gaze, landing on the freakishly embarrassing spined notebook. She watched in amusement as the tips of his ears burned red and he quickly averted his gaze, coughing into his frilly maid costume.
“Todoroki’s triggered,” Kaminari whispered not-so-quietly.
“This wasn’t my idea,” Todoroki said lowly to her, ignoring him.
She tried to hold back her smile, failing miserably. “Yeah? Who’s idea was it, then?”
Todoroki’s mouth opened, and just as he was about to speak, the backdoors leading to the kitchen burst open, a blonde boy with spiky hair wearing the uniform maid outfit stomping out with his hands clenched into fists.
“Like hell am I wearing this in public!” he yelled behind him, curling his fist and shaking it in the direction of a taller man with black, long hair.
Todoroki just pointed towards the man. “Him. Shouta Aizawa. Our manager.”
“It’s your punishment,” Aizawa retaliated simply, following the blonde boy. “It’s your fault you scared off those girls, Bakugou.”
Todoroki looked back at Momo. “Bakugou yelled at some customers and Aizawa set this cosplay as his punishment. We all just got dragged into it.”
“But nevermind that!” a new voice cut in, and the six girls turned to see another blonde boy wearing a maid outfit, literally skipping up to them. If Momo could have said any one thing in that moment, it would have been ‘Sparkle’. The boy leaned his back against Todoroki, shooting the table of girls a sauve wink. “Can I interest you mademoiselles in our special? We call it the Twinkling Magical Cake. Kirishima and Tokoyami’s speciality.”
Todoroki pushed the boy away from him using his free hand, turning back to the table, ready to take down the order if need be. “They’re the cooks,” he said to their confused expressions.
“Basically,” Kaminari cut in, “it’s a two-tier cake with a giant candle that says ‘100’.”
Jirou raised an eyebrow. “Why the random number?”
“We had this couple come in celebrating their hundredth day of being together and wanted them,” Midoriya explained. “Todoroki-kun misheard, and ordered one hundred of the candles.”
“M-Midoriya!” Todoroki said, looking away.
“We need to get rid of ‘em,” Kaminari finished, shooting them all finger guns.
“We’ll take one, kero,” Asui said, not bothering to wait for the other girls’ approval. They all exchanged helpless glances, but shrugged and nodded anyway.
“Sure, why not,” Hagakure said, and just by her tone, everyone could tell she was smiling.
Todoroki wrote down the order in his notebook, giving Momo a short glare after she sent a weak glance his way, obviously regarding the girliness of it. Sucking in a breath, he slipped the notebook into the pocket of the frilly maid costume, and without another word, he turned to leave.
Momo let out an airy laugh again, all too amused by everything.
“We really did come on the wrong day, didn’t we,” Uraraka said, though her expression was playful and sweet.
“I can agree,” Momo grinned. “Oh, I forgot to tell Todoroki to cancel my fruit cake.”
“On it,” Kaminari nodded, moving to head to the back room of the café.
“Cancel my cake, too!” Ashido yelled after him.
“Same here,” Jirou added.
Uraraka nodded. “Mine too, please!”
“Same!” Hagakure said.
“I won’t be able to eat two cakes either, kero,” Asui said.
“Sheesh!” Kaminari yelled back to them, making them all grin.
When Todoroki returned, he was carrying a small plate with a frosted cake on it, and true to their word, it housed a candle that read ‘100’. His expression was uninterested, just like it normally was, as he set it down on the large oval-shaped table. Momo looked up at him, an amused smile creeping onto her face when he placed it in front of her.
“Quite the dashing maid, aren’t you,” she teased, looking down at the cake.
She couldn’t see his reaction, but judging by her friends wild laughs and his sputtering noises, it was definitely a good one.
The butlers all backed away from the table with one last bow, leaving the girls to idly chatter among themselves.
“So, Yaomomo,” Jirou said, elbowing the girl.
Momo picked up her fork, nodding. “Yeah?”
“Aren’t you glad you came with us today?”
Momo casually cut into her slice of the treat, glancing up to see Todoroki watching her from across the room. She offered him a small smile, to which he looked away and back down at the floor. Gulping, she turned back to Jirou, who was anxiously waiting for a response.
“Yeah,” Momo said, her eyes not leaving Todoroki’s figure. “Yeah, I guess I am.”
“Then I won the bet!” Jirou replied, shaking a victorious fist in the air.
“I’m not giving you any money,” Momo instantly shot back. “Forget about it.”
“Then,” Uraraka cut in, “maybe instead of paying with money, you can come again with us next week? One more time?”
Needless to say, Momo ended up not only going once more the following week, but also every single week after that.
